Coconut Village Resort Phuket

Had a great experience at this resort. They cleaned our room every day throughout the 6 days that I stayed. The prices of the room was well worth what you were given. The prices at the pool bar were very reasonable and the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The location is great because it is right down the road from the beach and only a 10-15 minute walk to Bangla Road. Definitely going back the next time I’m in Patong. ☺️

The location of this hotel is only problematic, because it is in Patong Beach. The entire community has tuk-tuks with sub-woofer clad compar**ents cruising the streets 24-7, pounding its inhabitants with a constant barrage of thunder from the street, up. I barely slept a wink during my stay, and left so tired that it set me back a couple of days. I changed to a "superior room" to attempt a more enduring approach, and only paid extra for the rooster next door, adding insult to injury. If not for the absolutely ridiculous condition set by that taxi company, Patong Beach might be a wonderful area to stay in and enjoy. Even shop and restaurant owners were showing their disdain in the matter. -very difficult to give Coconut Village a decent score, because it's not a horrible establishment, it's just in a horrible situation, like most of Patong Beach. It was a well located hotel, at only 2 minutes away from the beach. It is also near all the shops and bars. The hotel has a nice pool and the bedrooms are big and cheap. Would definitely come back.

It was one of my worth experiences ever and ruined our trip. We paid for the second most expensive room but front desk told us they assigned us the most cheapest room as agency pay them less. The room window was next to the most noisiest road in Patong and we didn’t sleep for two nights in a row. The room was that dirty that we didn’t want to stay even a second there. Bed sheet was yellow and black. AC filter so dirty that became white. Toilet lid was yellow. Swimming pool water was white, seems they keep using chemicals instead of changing water. The breakfast better to not try if you want to have a good day. The cheap room they assigned us even didn’t have tissue paper. We complaint through trip.com and it takes 1/5 days until hotel answer them. Thanks to trip.com that they assigned us a big room that at least it wasn’t noisy and we could sleep but still dirty as toilet pipe. Some of the staff was rude and unprofessional.

Coconut Village is a nice place and inexpensive. It is about 3/4 of a mile from Patong Beach. Nice place for the price.

This hotel has 2 parts, one that looks nicer and almost every room is inside of the yard and one that looks older and look directly to the main street( you cannot sleep before 2am- super loud) , door from the terrace couldn’t close properly- many gaps so it was loud as a concert. I paid 130 usd per night for this s… room and I was very disappointed.

pool was horrible water was dirty and something like needle cut our child!!! very RUDE reception guy..

They have deep pool here... Thanks for the honeymoon decorations n upgrade.... But they need a better lock system.... someone has easily enter my room. Luckily I'm inside and nothing lost
