Hotel located in the tourist area with drinking pubs and cafes nearby. A walking distance to the beach. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. Will stay again in the next visit. A good swimming pool.

Excellent luxury hotel in heart of Patong. Super service by staff and excellent food options in hotel. Close to beach, massage parlours, shopping malls and bars. Great place for a family vacation

Good hotel and nice stay. The hotel is well located and breakfast was awesome; lots of options. Friendly people and they can speak English. Definitely I would recommend this place. The steak restaurant at the hotel is spectacular, a must!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Patong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is definitely one of its strong points, offering easy access to Patong Beach. We stayed in the Buksakorn Wing, which was a nice touch since it provided exclusivity with private pool access.
One highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was truly amazing, offering a wide variety of flavors from around the world. It's a great way to start the day.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the food from the hotel's restaurant. The burger and Bolognese we ordered were basic dishes, but they were overpriced and didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality.
Another area that could use improvement is the staff's attitude. It's essential for a hotel to have friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at Holiday Inn Patong.
Despite these shortcomings, the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and fantastic breakfast made our stay enjoyable overall. With a few improvements, this hotel could become an even better choice for visitors to Patong Beach.

I am quite happy that I chose Holiday Inn Resort Patong, thanks for those who wrote their reviews 👍this hotel is very close to everything you need, within walking distance to restaurants, malls, convenience stores, beach n the famous walking street. But it is always quiet within the hotel. We don't need to spend anything on transportation except to n from the airport. We stayed at the premium balcony room on the new wing, it is very nice. I like the design of separate toilet, bathroom, sink n dressing table, which is very convenient. All the staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Although the variety is not much, it got all the basic stuff. Swimming pool is nice n not crowded at all, maybe Sept is not the peak season. Only one thing that I don't like was the hotel's Friday night BBQ dinner buffet which costs Baht 850 per person. Beef was overcooked, prawns were undercooked. We founded that the BBQ chicken wings bought from the street hawker were much more better n it is definitely an must try.
