Great hotel for the price . Location isn’t terrible, it’s close to Kata beach but I wouldn’t say it’s within walking distance like some if these other reviews. Definitely recommend a tuk tuk. Otherwise it is surround by a lot of great little restaurants , massage places and other nice tourist attractions. The Red Corner ( restaurant right outside the gate ) is delicious and cheap. My only complaint is that for as nice as this hotel is , the food is pretty disappointing, especially breakfast. Then again the cost of such a nice room outweighs the subpar breakfast. I’d stay here again

On the surface it is a really nice hotel. However throughout our stay we noticed small things like quality of sheets and towels, the breakfast buffet was not great. But the pool is nice and the staff friendly.

We wished we’ve booked more days in this hotel. It’s so green, nice decorated and clean. Quiet and in good location(around 10mins to the beach).

The stay was amazing! Great hotel, and breakfast was diverse and delicious. The location is great, quiet but close to all the shops and sights.

Nice quiet resort away from the buzz. 7-11 and convenience store less than 5 mins away. The beach is a short walk of 10 mins. Kata walking street is also around 10 mins away. Various massage shops within walking distance.
The room is big , looks clean and tidy. Walk in pool is nice but the view for the room is quite bad facing the gym and children's playroom.. Also no door mat for pool access .. have to walk with wet feet across the room to the toilet. Everything else was ok until check out day where a simple request for a bottle of mineral was rejected.

Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was OK. Some construction on going beside the pool, would have been nice otherwise.
