Beautiful and new resort, very nice beach area, great room, great breakfast and beach side restaurant. We had an issue with the plumbing in our room, the front desk changed the room for one with a nicer view and gave us a fruit basket.
There are some nice local restaurants right on the beach within a walking distance from the hotel.
Very satisfying experience overall, I'd come back here again next time we're in Phuket.

beautiful interior, nice and pleasant rooms with all amenities! the food at the beach club is amazing, very kind staff, my guide Harley receptionist was very kind and always ready to help with all the services, I will definitely come back here again

We stayed in 2 bedroom villa. that wasn't good as a photo on the internet ( not so clean, and the smell) pool wasnt clean . the lady from the restaurant was so rude ! But nice place to take a picture. but not for a stay

Had one day no HSKP service but it was fine as long as we can change the towels.

Very good hotel in Kamala Beach. It's very near to Patong but excellent choice for those who don't want so much agitation. The chairs at the beach are the best. Note that the hotel has 2 kinds of room: near the beach and across the street. Try to stay "near the beach". The rooms across the street are also very nice but don't get the view. Breakfast at "Pinto Restaurant" was great with kudos to Ikkyu who did a great service.

Staying at this hotel was the ultimate experience. I booked the room for my friends but I was also staying at a Villa nearby.
Amazing couple of days.
