Excellent location but in the quieter end of Patong Beach. Hand to restaurants..massage n mall.

Great hotel with lots of facilities and the room is really nice. There are 2 pools which are pretty clean. The staff is really kind and helpful. Location is also amazing, it is located near Patong beach and also near Bangla road. Overall this hotel is a 10 out of 10.

The breakfast is very bad, the rooms are poorly maintained, the beds are uncomfortable, there is a lot of noise in the rooms, I definitely do not recommend it, Phuket does not deserve such a hotel.

Pros:
~The location is great; just a few minutes walk to Patong Beach
~There’s plenty of eateries around the hotel.
~The hotel service is excellent; the staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Cons:
~there’s no sound proof, you can literally hear whatever sinful stuff your neighbors are up to.
-There’s a room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness.
~the breakfast is just meh.
Overall, I had a great stay.

It's more like Airbnb instead of a hotel (not the price). Faculities are very old and crappy. One of the reading lights can't even work and the wire of the hair dryer is exposed. There are ants on the desk and the chair looks gross.. There's onlyone nightstand tho there r 2 beds. Also the chairs on the balcony were super dusty like the ones in the Adams. the room is 100% NOT soundproof. During our second day of stay one of the towels mysteriously disappeared after the room makeup. When we checkout the cleaner said we lost 2 hand towels, tho the only towel we had after the first room makeup was hanging right inside the washroom. In the end they didn't charge us as we insisted we didn't take it away...
The lady at the front desk is very friendly like most ppl in phucket, but still we won't recommend this hotel to anyone .. overpriced and left us bad experience

The location was good but when u return from bangala road and the other side its bit far
The staff was kind
And was very clean
We will be return again
But a bit expensive and not good worth to money

The service staff is very good, greets you with a smile every time you go out or go inside, able to provide information on everything, even the smallest things. Inside the room is clean and quite wide, soft beds. Inside the hotel and the swimming pool is very clean. Delicious breakfast. On the roof top the view is very beautiful. The hotel is located where there are many facilities. Close to the sea. It's a really great honeymoon, Have a chance to come and stay again.
