Hotel jest nowy i bardzo ładnie urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu. Na Teresie hotelu znajdują się 2 restauracje - duży wybór i bardzo dobre jedzenie. Na wyspę płynie się łódką z Phuket - Ok 10 min. Pokoje są ładne i nowoczesne. Obsługa była bardzo miła i bardzo pomocna. Duży wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu. Hotel znajduje się na plaży.

The bed duvet and the pillows were significantly humid throughout the entire duration of our stay. Suggested to have de-humidifier activated inside the room. Table on the balcony was dirty from the previous guest and has not been cleaned up properly. Overall great service and attitude from the staff. Prices a bit above the line compared to other resorts of similar category.

I stay stay at deluxe villa for 2Nights, this room type is suitable for kids as they can climb around inside the room and the swimming pool out of the room is not that deep, my kids is very enjoy it.
Hotel staff is very friendly, environment is clean, feel warm welcome while stay at this hotel. But hotel restaurant dinning menu could be improve a bit, wish can have happy hours or some recommend dish in the future.

no free parking on phuket island , use local longtail boat for pickup guests , some front desks staffs are untrained and not talk to guest perperly like call guest nong like a sister i dont think so , room aint design well the door so close to aircon make the wall tears apart , no table for room serive , we ate food on floor , wait for long time for puggy to go around hotel area , but hk staffs r super nice as well as engineer team , breakfast is just standard and you need to wait for all egg orders even boiled eggs. and front desk staffs still making mistake on collect bills, even called checked out guests asking for the payment which also they called the wrong rooms and never call back for apologized they just gone. i hope that can do better cos the property is so nice and have a lots of potencial

Nice hotel, super friendly and nice staff, getting
around with the golf car is really convenient
Love the variety of pools and the amazing buffet
breakfast. Unfortunatelly the sea and the beach is
not the best, but other than that it was great.

Service is good. For dinner, the restaurant seemed cheap compared to the price of a five-star hotel. I liked the interior of the room very much. Free shuttle boat was convenient and knew this after booking the hotel. Recommend to stay longer than one night.

Excellent！ This is the best resort we ever been. The best villas, best view, best breakfast, best food, best seafood, best services, best team, ver nice people, all is smiling. Smile resort, it is! We all enjoyed this journey a lot. Love it! Especially the GM Oon the best leader! The chef Poon, the nicest gentleman and best cooking! The best housekeeping manager Malee, she cares of everyone, just like our mommy. So nice! The best host Wenjie, taking care of us 24 hours. And they prepared very nice birthday room and best coconut cake, it is the best cake I ever had.
