Amazing room with private pool. The villa really put this trip on another level. So treatment was lovely also and all staff so welcoming and accommodating. 5 stars for a reason!

It was a great stay but first impressions matter and it seems their intern or trainee made an error, where my reservation and someone else’s reservation got mixed up. The staff at times felt a little bit rude over the phone when trying to sort out the 10% discount which was given to me, but I guess in error so was revoked. As well as when asking certain questions.
The hotel overall is beautiful but the pool area could do with a little more work. The part that is supposed to embrace the private atmosphere is cracking away as it is made out of wood and is hardly blocking anything and the metal pieces keep crumbling into the pool.
The breakfast is amazing, chefs kiss but the floating breakfast is terrible and not worth the price in my opinion. Gave up my inclusive breakfast for the floating one and it was by far terrible.
The location can be a bit difficult when trying to get a grab late at night, but there are complimentary shuttles which can fill up rather quickly. So perhaps they can have more than one shuttle or include more shifts.
I would definitely visit again as perhaps there will be improvements as time goes by or to give them the benefit of the doubt in the areas where I found a few negatives.

Our stay was remarkable. The room was spacious and well cleaned. The food is amazing with variety of cuisines. We have our fellow kababayans here Jul, Ele and Mr Rum. They are very welcoming and listens to the costumers needs. They also give some friendly recommendations of activities and ideas to go around the city. The attendants are very respectful too. There’s a free shuttle to bring you to and fro patong beach. The location is serene but a bit remote from the main city but its a plus if you wanted to stay away from the noise and crowd from the clubs. Will definitely come back here. Thank you for your good service kababayan! 10/10!!!

Hotel is quite new and location is good. Hotel has shuttle to Patong are every 2 hours and it takes just 10 min when no traffic. We stayed in Premier Pool Villa and the kids absolutely love the in-room inifnity pool with partial sea view. Breatfast is adequate and has good mix of western and thai food. Hotel pool has a good sea view and an in pool bar.
A little unpleasant incident was that false fire alarm went off for two nights in a row. First it was 1 am and the hotel staff called the room twice to make sure the whole family were woken up if the alarm didn't manage to. Engineer came to fix it. The next night it was 4:30am. Even worse this time the engineer did not fix it the first time and more phone calls before finally I asked them not to fix it but disable it first. We complained and while the hotel manager was apologetic she did not offer anything more tangible.

It's my first trip to Phuket, hotel room is huge and clean. A little stain on the mirror and some amenities are available on request only (eg shaving kit. Breakfast has not many choices.
Staff are good. Especially Kevin (Thank you for first check in) and Diva restaurant staff. Anniversary bed set up made us happy too

Overall, the services was good but they can't quite communicate in English. Simple English is OK but when we make request on something they will misunderstand.
