I love how centralised the hotel is. It's nearby so many restaurants and cafes and a 10 mins walk from the beach. Everything is so accessible 😁 I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Phuket Thailand.

I have loved phuket so much that I have traveled there for at 4 vacations, there's no reason to sell it... one of the charms of my Travel was this hotel that used to encapsulate everything that is special about Phuket. The sad truth is its post covid era shows a lack of recovery. The service is not good. Received bedding with literal yellow stains on it. The breakfast has always been simple but is now utterly a waste of money. Just walk down the road to buy breakfast. This was my 4th stay in pool access room, where you share a private infinity pool with the two adjacent rooms. I've always loved this but this time it wasn't cleaned on a daily basis. We asked for an ironing board in the morning went to breakfast only to find a dusty board outside our room when we came back. This was my fourth but definitely last stay at a hotel I used to cherish 💔

after reading reviews on trip i wasn’t sure to book this place or not but just wanted to see to believe i proceed to stay here with my fam and i must say from check in , the rooms and the location - it’s all good! :) i think i made the right choice. the room we choose fits 2 adult and 2 kids since we could open the sofa bed. check in lady was so kind! comfy bed too! there was some smell on and off from drainage in the toilet ? but it wasn’t bothering as we closed the doors of it most time :)

The room near air conditioner compressor really terrible.sound and vibration from check in until check out but the hotel makes a good decision to transfer my room and I extend 2 more nights.thanks for your immediate action .

Location is great. Beach is nearby and there’s clubs and malls at walkable distance only. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and responsible.

Good hotel for the price on the main road and has a nice balcony to look outside. Needs better cleaning the sheets smell like sweat but overall ok hotel for center Patong

The place was great. But since we reached earlier, we were not allowed to check in a little earlier. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Great stay and it's location was perfect. Will definitely recommend to others.

I like this hotel but I didn't like the attitude of some of the receptionists. He’s name is Pull, he was wearing a green shirt andI think he's a porter. He was on the night shift on March 28. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the period was going to end on the 29th of the 3rd, so I asked him to extend the time until 5 o'clock in the afternoon of the 29th, and he agreed. 1 hour was 300 baht, but 5 hours was 1500 baht. I had 1000 baht ready so I asked him if I could give him 200 Malaysian ringgit along with 1000 baht, but he said it was impossible if I didn't have money. I told him I have money but it's Malaysian money, 200 ringgit is 1500 baht, I'll give you 1000 baht on top of that, it's 2500 baht in total, you can take the 1000 baht but he again told me you don't have money. He upset me so much that I told him that I don't like your relationship and that you are very rude. But he threatened that "if you don't like me, you can't stay in this hotel" and he threatened to call the police on me, I didn't understand why he threatened to call the police!
