This hotel is lovely, the staff are so nice, the multiple pools are fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room on arrival so they moved me to a new room.
This is the perfect hotel for families, groups and couples. I do not recommend it for solo travellers as it is too isolated from other places and it’s more expensive to travel from via taxi as its location (which is lovely) is remote and quiet.

The staff were really amazing Daw Khwan kept ot room in great condition. She went above and beyond her role. Always very polite and professional. To come back after a.long day of sightseeing to find the room looking like this you made my day thank you.

Twin sands is a great place to stay for families. Nice and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of pools to choose from for the kids. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily with Duang doing a great job! We bought the breakfast package and was very happy with the selection of food on offer. They have lunch and dinner options available that are great, the pizzas are very tasty. We have already bought another week to use later this year or early next year. If you're looking for a place to stay that's quieter than patong Twin Sands is a great option. Very happy with our stay :)

The staff here are wonderful and aim to make your stay a very relaxing, enjoyable one. The location is predominantly quiet, but still has an assortment of good choices for restaurants and beach swimming. The three resort pools are beautiful and provides a variety of swimming options, from. This will not bar, to the more quiet eye pool and the family oriented downstairs pool. There is an equipped gym, yet some of he equipment needs some maintenance. The on-site restaurants are very good and local and Indian food is available nearby with beach views. Apartments are spacious. We have stayed here three times and enjoyed our time very much.

Great room service with a high level of cleanliness. Well done room staff. All staff were friendly and professional. The food and amenities were on point. Tous and general transportation to town was prompt and comfortable. The pools were clean and cool with spectacular views, particularly at night

Duang our room attendent is outstanding lovely asset to the hotel Thank you very much! For a tranquil stay with easy access to the town centre Twin Sands is a great location. Shuttle bus service could be improved but local taxi services are cheap.
