Located in the heart of tourist area, 10 minutes walking distance of patong Street. Surounded by a huge number of bars, cafes and restaurants. Hotel has a great view of the nearby jungle and the turquoise Sea. Friendly and hospitsble staff, though while doing daily cleaning not much attention was paid to higenie, the sheets were thrown on the floor, carelessly 🤣🤣breakfast was the stength, a huge number of dishes, fruits and cakes, though most days, they remained unchanged. The pool Environment was also lovely. Recommending this hotel 👏

The location is excellent , in the midst of everything . Value for money . Nice pool and spacious room . Breakfast is good too .

Good breakfast. Short walk to Bangla road. We could hear the noise from the clubs in our 10F room until late at night, so if you are looking for a quiet environment better stay in another area.

Spent 3 nights. We liked the room, which was spacious and cozy. 3rd floor could face a bit noise from outside at night. Balcony toward the swiming pool was also good. Really liked the pool. Staff was all nice. Wish to visit another time.

Location and swimming pools were great!
Terrible service by front desk staff who refused entry to my friends even though they weren't staying. They finally relented after we asked if the reason they couldn't go up is because they were black.

The best part of our stay was the kindness and friendliness from all staff! We arrived several hours early and were given a welcome drink and made to comfortable while waiting for our room. I had food poisoning and they came to check on me, brought extra supplies and told us a doctor would be on the 1st floor from 8-5 the following day. The pool was lovely and always full of people, and the view was beautiful too.

Facilities are amazing, beautiful pool, good western breakfast buffet and close to everything like Patong Beach and Bangla road

First of all, buffet breakfast was the best of all hotels that i stayed. Pool restaurant's food was delicious too.
Room service was good. But sometimes worker did not give us daily water, and shampoo etc.
Location is good.
Receptions were friendly.
Only thing that made us unconfortable was stinks from bathroom. Bad smell smells almost all the time, from unknown place which was really bad.
I will stay there again because of buffet breakfast haha.
