If you just want cost effective hotel, you must be stay here. Wide room, good gym, super king size bed, cheap price. And you better rent a car if you can.

Amazing experience! Room serviced every other day if not asked but willing to every day. Drinking water provided for free and amazing shower and bathroom facilities. Amazing pool and bar and breakfast

The hotel and staff is nice! I recommend They even have a bus service to the old town . Good place is you want to play tennis and enjoy !

As a fellow hotelier, I can proudly say this hotel was utterly amazing. Every last detail, from the friendly and helpful staff to all the amenities, deserves 5 stars.

The service was bad, the cleaner took the bathrobes from the room and didn't put new ones, as came back late at night we didn't ask for them, the next morning when we checked out they charged us about 50 usd for both. My son forgotten his smartwatch in the room, they didn't try to find us to inform us although they collected a phone number and email from us during check in. Only when we went 4 days later back to the hotel and showed them GPS records that the watch is in the hotel they found it at the cleaning team area. Be careful at this hotel

Room was great and spacious! The king bed was super big and comfortable. Breakfast has egg station to order and variety was not too bad. If bathtub was jacuzzi style would be perfect. Overall great stay will return again when have the chance.

Very dissapointed in the facilities and we left after the first night despite non-refundable. They say sports hotel but they only had tennis courts and a gym. Pros: The gym was a great gym. Well appointed. The tennis courts were in good condition under cover but they were booked with local clubs. The rooms were a good size and well decorated, reasonably comfortable (firm mattress) and clean. The staff were friendly. Cons: The only sports available were tennis and gym. The sports shown on the TV by the pool was replays of tennis. They advertised ice plunge pool and massage center. The ice bath wasn't operational. The massage room was used as a storage room. The pool is MUCH smaller than shown in the photos. The pool resturant food was not good. The pool was largely shaded all day so it was very cold. You couldnt book drinks to the room (even at the pool) if you weren't eating at the same time, and you could only pay in cash. The closest ATM was a 10min walk. Breakfast was below average and the coffee was awful. We had two rooms booked. One looked over the carpark. The other into a neighbours backyard. Staff English level wasn't great and that means communication and service is lacking. They also still had the perspex barriers up on the front counter from covid which also made communication more challenging, as well as keeping that 'barrier' in place. Other covid signs (distancing, mask wearing) were still in place. This told me management is not on top of/behind the times. There is an arcade games room but half of the machines were out of order. The kids play room is smaller than it looks in the photos.
