Very near the airport, so it is a good options for who finding the hotel nearby. The room is nice, but the facilities is a bit old and too much insect. Other than that everything is good!! The breakfast is also very good!

Pullman Arcadia is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service is great! The entire staff, waiters, reception, drivers and cleaners are very friendly! The rooms are clean and spacious! The hotel offers a luxury stay for anyone looking to enjoy Phuket. There’s a lot of options for breakfast, including freshly squeezed juices. Dinner has a variety of western and Thai dishes. He bar area during the day can improve with the drinks and snacks order. They seemed to take more time than reasonable. The hotel is still a 10/10

It was such a nice stay in Pullman for 4 nights. The ocean view grand room is awesome. The hotel is like a beautiful garden. Breakfast was impressive with fresh juice. Of course infinite pool is definitely a highlight

Very nice hotel close to Phuket airport. The Ocean Grand rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. We liked the big pool and beach access, as well as the restaurant and bar facilities on site. The beach is very quiet and has several bars and restaurants as well.

We all enjoyed our stay at Pullman. I especially liked their breakfast, lack of some hot choices though. The fruit options and freshly made fruit juice were amazing. We also had a great fun at the pool where you can see the sea!

The hotel is situated atop a picturesque hill, offering breathtaking views of the sea and white sand beach. Due to its location, a buggy service is available for guests to move up and down the hill, but during peak hours, there may be a waiting time of up to 15 minutes. Waiting in the heat was very unpleasant.

Always a great place to go back to for a quick short weekend breaks. Close to the airport and provides what Phuket has to offer.

Actually this is my second time in Pullman. After three years pandemic, i was so eager to go Thailand again. When I was searching the hotel in Phuket, actually i knew I wanted to stay in Pullman again. I had a great stay in this hotel.
If you are looking for somewhere far from the town which may be full of people and you just want to enjoy some quiet time. This hotel is perfect for you. It’s very close to airport, around 15 mins.
Except the restaurants in the hotel (which are also quite good), you can find street food outside the hotel and near the beach!
I enjoyed staying next to the pool everyday and I love they have happy hour from 4-6pm everyday. :)
You have to take the car between lobby to your room which is fine to me because I don’t stay much time in my room!
The breakfast is so good! I love it!!!

Our stay started badly on arrival, directed to parking but then staff disappeared leaving us to try to find lobby on the dark. Turns out lobby is up a further hill road from where we thought, and another customer pointed us in the right direction.
Anyway, once booked in, the hotel is very nicely luxurious. The Italian restaurant is quite expensive for pretty basic Italian food, though, but staff very attentive so that's what you're paying for.
Garden View Grande Delux room is nicely large, with balcony, worth the upgrade I think. We were lcky to be one near the main buildings, so walking to pool or back was fine, further rooms would need the buggy.
Location is great for the Airport and northern Phuket, but really just a private resort to not leave, and the nearby beach and town had plenty of restaurants to chose from, cheaper eats to high end.
If just wanting a five star resort that just hapoens to be in Phuket, then this is a good choice, but if wanting more adventure or exploration, chose more southern locations.
