Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pigeon Forge/Near Dollywood

We had a couple problems when we got there talked to the front desk was taken care of immediately. All the people there was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the place was extremely clean will definitely go back.

The service and food was great. Will stay again. The seating for breakfast could have been better just wasn't enough seating places.

The staff was amazing but the room itself really needs renovations. Seems dumpy compared to other holiday inns I stayed in.

The room was nice. Well the suite was really nice. The bathroom was best part. And the suite was clean. Hotel staff was nice. I wouldnt mind going back

Nothing bad to say about the service and the room, everything was fine and I think we should come back, me and my family were very happy with the place!!!

It was a ok place but they really need to update there suite rooms. The usb ports on the one side of bed did not work. Hideaway/sofa needs to be updated it was falling apart. Also need to have more and bigger garbage cans in room.

Overall a fair stay. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet but the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced badly. It was nice to have gluten free breakfast options available but it was Overpriced for the quality of rooms. See photos.

The rooms could use some TLC. Mattress was old—you could see waves and humps. It was not firm at all. Pillows were rather lame as well. The staff was very friendly and a couple of times they had to educate me as to how something worked. They were courteous and responded quickly. Outside the guest room everything was pretty good, but the most important thing-the bed and pillows were sub par.

Web site said hotel had a grill so we bought provisions to cook- no grill. Little disappointed. Hot tub broken the whole week we stayed again disappointing. Our overall stay was amazing. Everyone very helpful with our needs
