Very clean friendly staff good breakfast too much people on pool and jacuzzi we can’t enjoy this place try 3 times but was full .

There are definitely worse hotels. But if you're like me, and choose hotels based off of whether or not they serve a continental breakfast- I would pass on this place. We took a few bites of powdery eggs, and that was enough. The beds were comfortable though, and we got a microwave/mini fridge which was a bonus. For a one night stay at a lower price, it was alright. My actual complaint is that they tried to update the rooms to look more modern, but didn't do a lot of maintenance or upkeep to keep the rooms looking nice- it felt unfinished. Although the room looked private, you could hear EVERYTHING outside the room very clearly. So if you get placed next to some noisy neighbors (in our case, high school student athletes), good luck.

Property has been renovated. Nice spacious room. Didn’t like musty smell in the room. Bought air freshener and after spraying, all was good.

The room setup is not good. TV is in a bad spot. The refrigerator was very loud. Fireplace was not working when we arrived. Staff was ver friendly and accommodating.

The staff was so helpful and even suggested putting us on the 1st floor because my mother had a hard time with walking. They got us in a little early so she could rest before we went out for the evening.

Great place to stay while visiting Dollywood. A basic cl an hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Spacious suite with a fireplace attached to the pool area was deluxe for us. The motel was older and it showed in the sandpaper finish in the hot tub. Also not enough hot water to have a hot bath. There were canned peaches at breakfast

Took my mom for a weekend trip for her birthday and this helped make her birthday great! We had stayed here years ago and i have to say they have updated this place very well! The beds were comfy, it was very clean, and all staff that i encountered were extremely pleasant. Will stay again and would recommend!

We had a difficult time connecting to the Internet. There were two usernames to choose from. The secure one where you enter the password did not work for us.
The rooms were clean. Large shower. Nice staff. Good weekend price through *******.
