One of the best and cheapest stays in Kenting. Very clean, tidy and the balcony is a great place to relax.

Convenient location👍🏼 located right in the centre of kenting night market

The place was so nice and good, it located next to night market, so good.

We contacted you in advance to arrange luggage storage, yet when we arrived there was no one there and it took a long time to get hold of anyone. Why couldn’t an access code have been provided before our arrival so we could store our bags without unnecessary delays? When we eventually managed to contact someone, it turned out that only the cleaner was on site. We were repeatedly told to leave the front door open with all of our belongings in plain view while there was no reception staff present. How is that a reasonable or secure way to treat guests? We returned at 4:00 pm for check-in and once again spent around 15 minutes trying to reach someone because there was still no one available. Another resident even told us that no staff member would be coming that day. When we finally got through to someone, there was no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, only one towel was provided for our stay. The noise on the first floor was excessive, and the door lock did not feel secure. I have stayed in many budget hotels, including some that were unclean or poorly maintained, but this has been by far the worst experience due to the complete lack of customer service and the apparent absence of even the most basic procedures for running accommodation. Is this really how you treat your customers?

Very clea

Spacious room at Kenting main street. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Thank you very much! Bus stops, scooter rental and beach are nearby. Really clean and comfortabe!

Comfortable room in a great location! However, the checking in process was complicated as there was no one at reception, and it took us a while to contact someone for help.

Room was nice. No sound proofing. Shower water pressure fluctuates, and hot water takes a while to kick in. No service staff unless there is an issue or checking in, so everything is done by keycard.

Very Clean. Conveniently located. Right next to an ebike rental shop. It is very good in my opinion. I would certainly stay there again. The only point to be noted is that the check-in time is pretty late, and there is no reception open all the time. Thankfully I was able to call the hotel and speak mandarin to get the code to the hotel and also check-in earlier.
