Hotel Bonapace

We stayed here last month for a family ski holiday and had a lovely time. Booking process and was simple and the communication with the hotel was great in advance of our arrival. The check-in process was quick and simple, and our room was very good – clean, comfortable and plenty of space for two adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfy but not luxurious. The food was very good every night – the hotel seems to cater mostly for Italians, rather than tourists from Ireland/UK…..so it was authentic Italian food. We enjoyed this but the kids were not so impressed – I think this is something that could be improved e.g. who serves a kids hamburger without a bun or chips on the side but with polenta instead?!? The hotel is a 5min walk to the Spinale gondola lift. However, there is a driver to give you a lift there and back every day. The taxi service starts at 0830 every morning….but Eddie was good enough to bring us up to the lift at 0800 every morning. Likewise, when you come down off the slopes at the end of the day, all you have to do is give the drivers a quick call and they’ll collect you in a matter of minutes. The hotel has a small pool which you need to book each day as the numbers allowed in at any one time are limited. Booking is not a big deal, and we were always able to get in at the time we wanted. It’s a lovely way to relax after a long day on the piste! All the staff in the hotel are lovely – special shout out to the barman Claudio. He was endless energy and keeps everyone entertained with his comedic antics – I’ve never seen someone play a coffee machine like a musical instrument before . Thanks also to Lucia who took care of us so well in the restaurant! All in all, a lovely stay and we would definitely return again.

Alma, Claudio and the rest of the crew take excellent care of you in this well equipped, but simple hotel right in the middle of Madonna di Compiglio. Everything can be taken care of by them including regular transportation to the ski hill. The food is excellent (and you can add lunch and dinner to your stay), the hangout area is great and they change it up nightly. The rooms are fine and have the basics of what you need. There is also a wellness center and fine, pretty little pool. It's value greatly exceeds its price.

We care a lot about quality of sleep and this hotel delivers on that. The mattresses are very good, and so are the pillows. The room is kept warm at a pleasant temperature. The environment was Very quiet when we were there (no DJs / bars / yells) and everything was calm. Water pressure in shower is great and there is plenty warm water. Apart from this: room was clean, service efficient, pool large enough and kept at very good temperature (on the warm side), and very good location. One small downside was the strong blinking sensor (green/red light) which was very noticeable at night, but perhaps can't be avoided. We will return if possible

Enjoyed our stay very much. Will go back another time.

Settimana molto piacevole, vacanza serena in un ambiente familiare e autentico, complimenti alla gestione! Camere confortevoli, cibo molto buono ed intrattenimento per grandi e bambini divertente (un grazie speciale alla paziente e professionale Carmen del mini club e Claudio il barista showman eclettico!). La Spa e Piscina non a pagamento ma su prenotazione molto funzionale e gradevole. Apprezzatissimo l’approccio sostenibile ed ecologico con tutti gli investimenti che stanno facendo; suggerisco un po’ di attenzione ai riscaldamenti per evitare sprechi. Molta apprezzata l’acqua depurata a disposizione dei clienti al bar; sarebbe auspicabile che potesse essere a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente anche ai pasti. Skyroom anche se piccola molto comoda e funzionale vicino all’ingresso. Grazie di cuore all’hotel Bonapace per aver reso così piacevole la nostra vacanza!

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo letto nelle recensioni. Confermiamo totalmente. La nostra camera, una tripla, era ben strutturata, comoda, luminosa e caldissima. Il bagno, con vasca, grande e comodo. Spa e piscina nella norma, nulla da eccepire. Una nota per il cibo: non mettiamo in dubbio la qualità, ma non abbiamo gradito molto l'uso di carne di cervo e altri animali simili ripetuti più volte anche se ovviamente sia per i primi che per i secondi c'erano 3 scelte. La tipologia dei piatti era un po' povera ma paragonata al prezzo pagato va benissimo. Esagerate, a nostro giudizio, le 3 euro per una bottiglia d'acqua probabilmente presa dall'erogatore, il quale era a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel. Personale di sala cordiale e sorridente. Una lode a Carmen dell'animazione che ha reso felice la nostra nipotina. Se dovessimo tornare a Madonna di Campiglio, hotel Bonapace forever! Complimenti

Struttura in stile alpino curata, accogliente e in ottima posizione. La nostra stanza era pulita, ampia e ben attrezzata. Cibo buono, buffet della colazione molto vario, così come quello di verdure della cena. Tutto il personale è gentile, disponibile, attento agli ospiti e crea un ambiente davvero piacevole, ci si sente a casa. Si respira una bella atmosfera e tutti i servizi forniti sono all'altezza, quindi certamente lo consiglio e tornerò presto per un altro soggiorno!

È il secondo anno di seguito che decidiamo di venire, io la mia compagna e Nicolò di un anno e mezzo, in questo Albergo. 10 giorni dal 30 Giugno al 9 Luglio! TUTTI, e dico TUTTI, dallo staff della sala, allo staff alla reception fino allo staff della pulizia delle camere, hanno una grande, grandissima dote che per me vale più di 100 stelle. La cordialità! Sono stati fantastici, hanno sempre capito ed esaudito le nostre esigenze...facendoci sentire a casa. Il ristorante propone dei piatti molto buoni, con una particolare attenzione ai prodotti del territorio. Area benessere davvero molto efficiente, con una piscina con acqua riscaldata, area relax dotata di sauna, bagno turco e Jacuzzi. Leggo di alcune persone che si sono lamentate del fatto che non fanno le pulizie. NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE VERO! Le fanno solo se viene messa la targhetta dietro la porta ( targhetta che è presente in camera ). Noi l'abbiamo affissa tutti i giorni e tutti i giorni abbiamo avuto la stanza impeccabile. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. E abbiamo già bloccato la stanza per l'anno prossimo. Vi si Ama. Mirko, Deborah e Nicolò. NON È SOLO UN LUOGO DI VACANZA, MA È CASA!
