No valet but parking is $25 per night. No one to help with bags, room is super small and the “view” is parking lot. Not a horrible hotel but wayyyyyyyy overpriced

The best part of this hotel is the location. However some of the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. I got double charged. When I went to ask about it she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know why but she guessed it would go away. It was honestly a weird experience. However when Becky left the lady that checked me in I went to the night crew shift and Adrianna was able to help so quickly and fixed the issue with no problem. The bar also is not a full bar.l. It was very odd. I think that Becky needs extra training in hospitality. There is a parking fee of $25. The best part of this hotel is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Truly close to all the amenities. The decks are nice. Shops and restaurants also working walking distance. The cleaning staff very nice, and offer up a smile and very helpful when asked questions. I however do not believe I will be staying here again. There are better hotels in Avila.

Was great, i was however a bit annoyed that the room originally paid for was changed and upgraded to a bigger room with out ocean view. The building was closed that i paid for i was told, then few hours later i see people entering building, that with ocean view

Great location. Ocean room view perfect. Size was great, except bathroom was ver small.
Room was clean and tidy, bathroom needs either a deep clean or a lot of caulking. I would give a 5 star, but bed ******! Holes to sleep in with bump in middle , just worn out.

Our first time to Pismo Beach! I went on ******* and took my chance on this hotel, looking at photos and reviews, I went for it! Soooo happy I did! What a beautiful hotel and even more beautiful views of the ocean. It’s literally right on the beach and next door to the pier and the big “Pismo Beach” sign. We walked to dinner at Sea Venture (Highly Recommend) and had breakfast in The Sand Castle’s patio cafe. I loved the back patio with the fire pits overlooking the beach. We had a glass of wine and just soaked up the amazing view. We will definitely be back!
