Tiziana is amazing!, she was so helpful and kind. This place is amazing! beautifully decorated and no detail was left out in the restoration of this timeless space. Maybe the best place we have stayed in all our travels, the city feels like something out of a storybook. A labyrinth of magical doorways and mysteries ally ways. We will return here every time we are in Italy!

The staff were very kind and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. The view is awesome.

This is a VERY nice hotel/appartement just in the city of Pitigliano. Everything was very good and the communication was 5 star. Best position also. our check in took a little time so we missed the sunset but if I go back to Pitigliano (lovely) I will stay at this place again!

Tiziana was very professional and provided us with tips and info about the area. We parked outside the restricted zone and she send someone to pick us up.

Everything was perfect. The best place we slept and by far, our favorite city. The staff were welcoming, available and helpful. They even reserved a table for us at some local restaurants according to our preferences. The place was clean, well located and our room spacious. Nothing to say negative, I recommend. We also took the tasting olive oil and wine, very charming and it is worth the cost. If we return in this corner (we would like), we will undoubtedly return to this host.

Great property in the middle of the historic district. Tiziana, the owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations as well as anything we needed. Her family’s vineyard offers wine tastings of some exceptional wines.

We arrived for 5 days stay to explore lower Tuscany. This property is located right in the center of the old town, very easy walk to all the restaurants and local attractions. It takes 2 flights of stairs to this apar**ent, secure entry into the staircase and separate entry into the shared area between 3 rooms, with coffee maker, seating and space to put luggage if the room is not ready. First of all Tiziana the owner is the most welcoming host you ever wanted. She is a local guide, business woman, connector and wealth of knowledge if you choose to tap into it. She goes out of her way to be helpful. Lola, in charge of cleaning, is a sweetheart, very dedicated and detail oriented. Tiziana is fluent in English, Lola is not, but her attitude compensates for it and today’s phones offer easy translation. We stayed in the room looking at the Della Pipita restaurant across. The room has everything you need, bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower are newly renovated. You can close the windows and the electric shutters for full darkness and quiet at night. For the location and given the old building, you get a good deal for your money. And just in Pitigliano there are many great restaurants just a few steps away. La Rocca, Chiccotino, Della Pipita, Il Caveau all great choices we tried. My only complaint was a fairly weak internet signal.

Great place to stay right in the centre of the old town. Tiziana was so helpful. Loved Pitigliano, very friendly, lots of small crafts people making individual items. Definitely recommend coming here
