The condition of this hotel is downright awful. Don’t stay here. Period. This place needs a massive overhaul, or to be completely torn down and rebuilt. There were stains on every piece of furniture. The top of the fridge was all rust. There were burns on the nightstand. The drawers in the kitchen were screwed shut. No remote for the tv. And the entire place smells like a nursing home. When I arrived, the key machine wasn’t working, so the person working the front desk had to walk around and let new and current guests into their rooms manually. Finally got a key late on my second day, which stopped working my third day. Had to get a new one. The elevator is sketchy, incredibly slow, and the door open/close buttons don’t work. The ceiling in the hallways was sagging badly in areas. Exterior doors had broken handles. The list goes on and on. The only two nice things were the staff and the new shower surround.

The hotel canceled my reservation and then charged a no-show fee, leaving me sleeping in my car. This is poor customer service.

Don't stay here. I had a clogged bathtub which they would not come in and unclog so when I unclog myself this is what I found it

I would rate a business based on return business or not, this one will not earn my business again. No blankets, no light bulbs, refrigerator not working, cleanliness is 5 from a scale 1-10, back door access not secure & can access w/o needing of room key, parking lot in the back has people hanging around all night outside & in their vehicles, upstairs is noisy make difficult to sleep, felt unsafe to go out at night to one's vehicle in the back...etc. The receptionist said there are people lived there for up to 5 years, and the thumbing noise upstairs may be from partying. Ask for blankets & lightbulbs to use, front desk has none. Need some serious updating the place & staff need trained in customer service. W/O customer service, all business will go to the can.

Roaches, dirty room, only give towels out on Monday and Friday. If you want any housekeeping, you have to come down to the front desk and get the broom yourself! Housekeeping only cleans the empty rooms, they don’t ask if you need anything. Breakfast is a joke, they don’t keep the 3 items stocked so once they are gone, you are out of luck. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.
