Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Checkin was at 3:00 PM. Waited 1 1/2 hours (until 4:15) before they had a room ready. Very frustrating.

This property is going down. The room are full of roaches. I try to contact supervisor no answer to the email. I will be contacting the the term 'Corporate office.

The front desk staff were amazing! They were so helpful in showing where the restaurants were and things around the beautiful tree lined sidewalk

Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a small indoor kids play area - a hit with my young kid.
The place feels clean, but older and worn.

Very nice hotel its clean smells very nice.. front desk Miss Nena she is very friendly got my daughter and i checked in and everything was ok with us.. Wonderful service.. Breakfast complementary in the morning 👍

For a cost of nearly $250.00 a night, the room had no real quality, it was too basic. I didn't like the air puff wooden floor, the bureau and desk were very dusty in the seems, though the floor look clean, we discovered it was extremely dirty when some liquid spilled by the fridge and I used a towel out the bathroom to clean it us. The towel looked like I wiped it in dirt outside. It would be good for the housekeeping supervisors to test the cleanness of the rooms after the maid service. That includes looking at the furniture to see that they are dust and nicely polished. Other than these off observations, the frontdesk check in and breakfast areas were well kept and the overall property had the Marriott standard, which I like.
