Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

We ended up staying here as a result of a bad experience at another hotel the previous day. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the room. All excelent.
If I had to pick something to improve it would be the breakfast (I would have some more options). But that being said, I give it 5 stars considering the price point also.

Basic hotel in Plantation. Standard check in. Some of the public areas looked like they had been abandoned mid decoration, and lift was out of order. Basic breakfast with lots of non recyclables / plastic wrapped in plastic utensils could do with a review.
Most annoying thing was deposit taken on credit card. This was not refunded for a week, when I enquired as to where this money had gone I got this curt reply from them:
“Hello. Please contact your bank. Thank you” ….not the best customer service.
Overall, would not book again when there is plenty of choice in this area.

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was a soccer tournament and kids were running the halls and screaming all night and nothing was being done by anyone to stop it. I want my money reimbursed

friendly, accommodating front desk staff. clean facility and comfortable beds. rooms have small dry bar and mini frig area, along with adequate area for sitting and eating. breakfast area kept clean with several options. the bathroom had no fan, so upon taking a shower it was fog city. would definately stay at their property again when
traveling to the Fort Lauderdale area. two day stay with spouse after cruise.

They put us in a room that we couldn't hook ip to wi-fi or internet and when I requested another room the lady at the front desk said that wasn't a good enough reason to change or get reimbursed for the 2nd night stay. It wasnt the nicest LaQuinta ive stayed at, especially for the price i was charged. I probably won't go back to that hotel again.

I booked this hotel for my elderly family members who is not very computer savvy, and they had an 8-hr. layover. I called the hotel because I had a few concerns and I spoke to nice gentleman at the front desk and let me tell you he was awesome! Not only did he answer all of my questions he also made some very good suggestions on how to make the return trip to the airport for my family members. They were very impressed with their accommodations and said the check in process was a breeze. Thank you, Mr. Tayor.

Check in took an extra 25 minutes late at night when I was dead tired . ******* did not send the payment to the hotel ! Took the extra time to check in .
