La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plantation at SW 6th St

Location was great, size if room was nice. Was given a roo. With a big orange stain in the carpet. The TV for the size of the room was extremely small. When booking I called to see if the breakfast was hot was yes.....there was limited coffee....hard muffins and juice. Bathroom. For location of hotel and size of room was small. Shower curtain had stains on it.

Overpriced with very small tv in the room. Older hotel that was converted.

We stayed for 4 nights and were told there would be no house keeping services until day 3. Day 3 came and went without any housekeeping. Any amenities needed had to be obtained at the front desk. Pool was very dirty. Didn't look like it was cleaned in weeks. Asked the front desk to recommend a taxi service in the area for us to get to the cruise terminal. Apparently she had no idea. The price that was paid to stay at this hotel was not cheap. Other than it's location , I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 5 days, the room was never cleaned. The customer service was terrible, the person on the day shift is very arrogant and does not have any custome service skills.

I booked this hotel because of the "Good" reviews it had online and I only needed to stay 1 night. Staff was friendly, and polite when I checked in. Arriving at my room, I gave a quick glance around, everything appeared to be clean and ready for the next guest. It looked just like the picture on the website. On a longer stay they only service your room every 3 days but for my quick overnight stay, my experience was: The obvious repair work to the ceiling above the entry to the room and splotches of fresh paint around he ceiling. Bathroom was clean but the shower curtain was slightly torn and twisted up in several places. The tub drain plug was snapped off and stuck in the drain. The TV screen was very dirty, but I couldn't watch TV anyway, there was no remote in the room. The bed, for me was not firm enough but had plenty of pillows. The refrigerator was clean and cold. Air conditioner was cold. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging. Lots of noise from other rooms and rude guests yelling in the hallway. The breakfast included with the room, for me, was good. I would consider staying with them again and let them try to earn my business, but only if I needed a quick overnight stay.

The room toilet was broken and the iron didn't work and the staff did not pay attention to anything

We arrived at 10:00 PM and the front doors were locked with no one around when we rang the bell. Then the person had no knowledge of any details we needed (shuttle to cruise port, breakfast details). They had trouble with my credit card so I’m not sure if I was double billed for the invoice. This hotel is in the middle of no where, with no restaurant so we ended up going to bed hungry. Not a great experience

This hotel was okay. Nothing flashy or worth celebrating. Tub/shower combo in our room needed replacing—the bottom nonslip rectangle had black edges, and the plug was inoperable. Front door to the property clearly had been painted multiple times, it was thick on the metal frame. The whole place looked tired. We wouldn’t return.

I had a better room at my last visit in December, they have roach in the room had that experience the last visit, don’t plan to return.
