環境（圖1）：在卡迪夫的一個偏僻街道上，周邊都是居民區（圖2），初來乍到的人需要用谷歌地圖找一下，白天看環境還是不錯的，樓下是一個酒吧，女主人挺客氣，我當時到的比較晚，她從客人資料中找到我的材料，告知了開門的密碼，還是順利的
衞生：沒問題，很乾凈，房間不大，有獨立衞生間，訂的適合一個人住的單間

Very good location ,in residential area managed to park in only space available at 12pm so believe it would be lottery to park .all other streets seemed to be permit holders .Hotel very clean adjoining pub shut at 10pm ( November Stay )

I was happy with my stay; access was easy and staff friendly and helpful. The room was small, but tidy, clean and the bed excellent. The shower was great. I parked outside the hotel without drama.

The room, be it small, was well decorated and clean. The bed provided a very comfortable nights sleep. The staff were very helpful.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. Would happily book again.

Our room was perfect for three friends catching up for the weekend. Three double beds were perfect and the room was clean and airy.
Plenty of tea and coffee and very reasonably priced drinks in the bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Great location, easy walking access to Roath park and Cardiff city centre. Parking available on the road.
Only comment was it was quite noisy from the pub and road noise, but we had the windows open as so warm.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and pleasant staff and a spotlessly clean room. I spent under 24 hours at the hotel because my visit was a flying one for a concert but the night at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. Would unreservedly recommend The Crofts.

The room was small but very clean. We were able to get a beverage at the pub downstairs but too loud music and too many drunks was not our first choice after a long day. The neighbourhood was run down and very dirty. We had booked a two night stay and left after the first. Not close to city center but that was my bad for not doing more research.
