Y ayant séjourné il y a deux ans la crise est vraiment passée par la surtout au niveau restauration .
L’hôtel accueil 80 % de tourismes Allemand qui mange saucisses lard œufs fayots sauce tomate ect au petit déjeuné et qui ne sont pas présent au déjeuné qui lui ressemble a un repas de cantine vraiment moyen, plats sans cesse recycles déserts sur 15 jours toujours les mêmes gâteaux et tartes servis encore congelés crème dessert au nombre de 6 ou 8 pour 300 personnes. le soupé n'est pas mieux . Je ne conseil vraiment pas a fuir même a moins d'aimer la nouriture bas de gamme et repetitive

Γενικά ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο, χρειάζεται μερικές βελτιώσεις. Όπως σχολαστικότερο καθαρισμό των δωματίων . Το δικό μας είχε πολλές αράχνες( οι πιο πολλές μικρές και μια μεγάλη στην ντουλάπα) . Τα παράθυρα και η πόρτα στο δωμάτιο 101 θέλουν φρεσκάρισμα. Επίσης στο μπαρ της πισίνας προσφέρονται σνακς από τις 12:00 μέχρι τις 17:00 . Δύστυχως μερικές φόρες μπορεί να περιμένεις στην σειρά, μέχρι και 30 λεπτά. Έτυχε σε μένα να περιμένω απο τις 16:32 στην σειρα και έφτασε η σειρα μου στις 17:02 . Η κυρια στο μπαρ μου ειπε οτι τα σνακς τελειωσαν στις 17:00 ακριβώς ,ομως ειχα 2 μικρα παιδια που πεινουσαν. Αφου διαμαρτυρηθηκα προσφερθηκε να κανει 2 hot dogs στα παιδια. Αυτό δεν το βρισκω σωστο. Εχω παει και σε αλλα All inklusive ξενοδοχεια και τα σνακς προσφερονται μεχρι να ανοιξει ο βραδινος μπουφες. Το προσωπικο γενικα ηταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, ειδικα οι εργαζομενοι στην ρεσεψιον και οι σερβιτοροι στο εστιατορειο. Το γηπεδο τεννις θελει φρεσκαρισμα, οπως και τα πιατα και τα ποτηρια στο εστιατορειο ηταν σχεδον παντα λερωμενα και ψαχναμε πολυ καλα για να βρουμε πιατα και πιρουνια καθαρα.Το φαγητο γενικα ομως ηταν νοστιμο, οπως και τα ποτα στο μπαρ ηταν καλα.Επισης τα κρασια που προσφεραν ηταν καλα. Στα παιδια μου αρεσε πολυ η φρεσκια πιτσα. Για την τιμη που πληρωσα ειμαι ευχαριστημενη.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and well maintained Location was a bit far out for us. Good choice at breakfast but at times disappointed with the dinner buffet but again just personal choice and not criticism of hotel. Thank you for a lovely holiday really enjoyed our stay.

We booked this last minute for some much needed winter sun. Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was lovely and large and very clean. We were in room 504 which was on the ground floor with a large patio and stunning views towards Fuerteventura. There were 2 large pools and a baby pool. The smaller of the 2 pools was heated and pleasant to use. The other one was unheated and freezing. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, but as it was the beginning of January it was pretty quiet, We were extremely lucky with the weather. It was hot and sunny all day with average temperatures off about 22/23 degrees. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of choice of food. The food was tasty but not enough choice and variety. We ate out 1 night as it was my birthday at Mamma Rossa on the seafront. It was amazing and I highly recommend it. We walked here which took around 30 mins and then took a taxi back which was €5 There is an excellent local bus service that runs every 30 mins and costs a flat fare of €1.40. Ideal for going to Marina Rubicón which is well worth a visit. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend the Alyssa Suites and can’t wait to return.

Very clean complex. Staff good. Rooms excellent. Sea views from some. Pools and bar good. Restaurant !!. Breakfast very good. Lunch inadeqauate better off with burger or toastie from pool bar. Evening meal no better. Would have expected better from four star. Plenty of choice but not good. Hot food section poor. Having said that the veiws from outside terrace brilliant.

Very poor hotel for the money and considering it’s 4 star ! Entertainment was none existent and I felt for the family’s as there was nothing for the children! Paid for all inclusive plus and should have bothered as spirits were still on a selective list and needed to pay for other drinks so ended up buying my own ! Food was hit and miss and was poor in general. On a positive note staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is a 3 star not a 4 or even close! It is disgusting the rooms are filthy and run down, i literally feel like I want to go buy cleaning products and deep clean the room. The cleaner comes and makes the beds up only if you leave card on the bed I think she runs a mop over but the floor is filthy still you can feel the dirt on your feet I put socks on my child he had them on 10 mins and I had to change them. I don’t think the bathroom gets cleaned they empty the bins. The cups that are in the room get rinsed not replaced. The refill cups at the pool for drinks literally get put into a disgusting bin outside to be reused (let’s hope they go in the dishwasher) the hotel overall is run down the seats in the dining areas are falling apart. The service is not the best the staff look very miserable. The pool area is dirty also I have yet to see them clean the pool the sunbeds are disgusting. This hotel is also quite far out so it is a taxi ride in and out of playa blanca. Please do not waste your money on this hotel. If you do choose to book bring a jumper for a night! Also the hotel does not accept cash only card which would have been nice to know in advance. There is also no shop near the hotel. Terrible experience really gutted we picked here.

We visited the hotel on day passes due to a morning check out from our villa and an evening flight home. Was very impressed with all of the service - including emails etc in advance. Found it to be excellent value for money. Not too busy around the pool, lunch was really good. Managed to get access to a room for an additional fee to change etc- room was lovely with a spacious sun terrace. Overall we were really impressed - may well return to stay next time!

Food was great in restaurant not so good in snack bar- poor quality and often cool. Staff very friendly. Rooms were lovely layout.. nice and private and relaxing . Although some of the floor tiles on sun deck could do with replacing or repairing. Pools freezing. Not enjoyable to use. Wi fi non existent- had to use mobile internet the entire stay. No uk TV channels. Bed settee was terrible, unusable as a bed- both it and the shower needs updated. Don’t want to make it sound bad as we had a lovely time and would go back again… but improving the items I mentioned would go a long way
