HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

We travelled from Bergen to Tenerife with my family, grandmother, aunt, uncles and many cousins to enjoy a wonderful week with many happy experiences together. We enjoy our stay and will absolutely going back in some years!❤️ Thanks a lot.

Hotel is nice, rooms feel like homes… Very clean places and food is exelent You will never get hungry here! Animation team is fantastic. Matteo is an amazing guy and i recomend talking to him even tho he can seam scary, he is an teddy bear if you get to talking to him. Pools are clean and activities range from age 1-80. I can 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Teneriffe in the south!

We loved our stay. Travelled with friends and kids. The activities the hotel provided for adults and kids were perfect. Matteo made our stay truly enjoyable as well as Luca with yoga and aqua gym. Happy to recommend Matteo for any activity that needs guest relations!

The hotel well situated short walk from almost everything Maid service 6 days a week Rooms are good and clean and fairly modern our apartment was a 2 bedroom one with 2 singles TV and a PlayStation the other with a double bed. A reasonable size living room containing a pull-out bed surprisingly quite comfortable large tv with only 2 English channels Sky News and BBC news small kitchen with almost everything you will need Bathroom consisting of a good shower plus rain shower no issues with hot water but no bath Main pool a decent size however be aware no inflatables are allowed and also not heatedAnimation team good and friendly Dining area nice and modern food is quite reasonable and cooked well with quite a few option snacks apart from meal times consisting of small bags of chips and a few cold sandwiches Drinks cold are serve yourself self at the bar same with the beer Coffee machines also at the bar area Wifi seemed to be good in the room and around the pool area first few days but seemed to have a few issues in the evening on the last few days Bad points not many Food although well-cooked is quite repetitive Coffee machines are quite poor often running out of milk Morning cold drinks are very watery The entertainment area needs a small revamp big fern plants in pots look nice and no issue whilst Dining however they do restrict the view for large areas of the stage for the evening shows Be aware that some apartments have tiled steps leading up to them which can be fairly slippy and tight walking up and down them especially when carrying suitcases they are lit up in the evening but did notice early morning lights had been switched off All in all holiday was enjoyed staff are great and helpful Would I stay there again Definitely a yes

Had a perfect holiday with my 9 month old daughter the bungalows are so easy to manage and perfect for kids. Couldn’t recommend this place enough the staff and food is amazing ! Location is also perfect 5 mins from the beach in the south part of Tenerife

bar staff are very attentive and friendly especially Ainhao never disappointed very good food to we have been here around seven times and every time we arnt disappointed, the entertainment is always great to it’s at the right next to the bar to.

Nice hotel we where here 5 time we love the hotel. Staff all so great we love in specially Jonathan, victor and Jorge from the bar and jazy from the animation team we love them all. We will back next year again. Thanks for everything and we come back. Nice

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday and had a fantastic time. The hotel is great and in a great location. The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt and the rooms are very quiet. Luca’s poolside entertainment is great, especially the water aerobics.

Good friendly staff, plenty of food choice, clean, rooms are very spacious and good kitchen area, 2 pools, plenty of drinks choices, location perfect for beach and Siam water park, enough evening entertainment including kids disco and quiz and live music
