Hotel-Apartamentos Andorra

This is our 4th visit to the Andorra Hotel. We stay for a month in the spring time. Every year we are impressed by the warm welcome of all of the staff. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It suits our needs as the spacious bedrooms offer room for relaxation and the small kitchenette means we can opt for simple dining should we choose to stay in. The situation of the hotel makes it easy to access the town of Playa del la America and Los Christianos. There are many local restaurants and bars close by. This year the hotel has much improved the dining facilities and the quality of food provides great value for money We have already booked for 2025.

Just back from the Andorra apartments Tenerife and would highly recommend them. Staff, grounds, area all excellent. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre if las Americas. The only thing is if you need a lift ask for the superior apartments as the others only have stairs and you could be 5 floors up. Will be back.

Very clean.pleasant staff.lovely room Plenty Sun beds no rushing. Can't say anything bad. Great able to leave cases safely. First class.

As usual fully enjoyed the Andorra thats why we go back year after year , great location. Clean rooms and full facilties , close to supermarket and local bars.

Very relaxing stay. Hotel and rooms are kept very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast is nice but can get a bit repetitive. Pools close at 6pm (fine for us but could be a bit early for some). Could always get sunbeds and parasols at any time of day.

This is a good hotel in a good location, with free parking which is a bonus. We were in a superior apartment overlooking the pool area (which we requested). The apartment was comfortable although functionally decorated. It had everything we needed for a few days. Breakfast was included and this was ok. Some guests do queue for the sunbeds but we always managed to get them when we wanted. The pool area is only open from 10:00 to 18:00 which we couldn’t understand.

As soon as entered the reception at the Andorra, we where warmly greeted, and shown where our apartment was. While there the staff where very friendly and nothing was a problem. The apartment was cleaned every day, spotless. Have already rebooked.

We have been visiting The Andorra Hotel in PDLA Tenerife for 25 years but we have also Stayed in many other Hotels in the area and in other counties . The Andorra stands apart from any other in our opinion. The Peace and Tranquility in the heart of Playa de las Americas Tenerife. This Hotel is entirely unique from others. No Entertainment - This is one main gripes from especially Family holidays the quality of Animation teams very poor also some artists appearing in the hotels . This April 2024 there have been Restaurant Changes and improvements . New Fabulous Show Cooking Range installed and it’s very impressive… with a few extra additions to the breakfast cooked food it’s got much better. The New Arrangements are working very well and clients seem pleased. The only complaint we’ve heard over the years is the The Evening Meal - this is a dilemma, in our opinion only, Any Hotel serving evening meals from 5 Star to zone Star the problem is that on buffet type meals we get bored with similar choices and end up going to a local restaurant just for a change.. We are informed that the evening meals have changed. We love the Andorra Staff and they are extremely efficient in there duties to help you have a great holiday… Finally a lot of press coverage about Tenerife Do not want British Tourists. We have spent 3 weeks here so far we have Not Seen any signs of this whatsoever.. Try the Andorra you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great location near bars and restaurants. Good size rooms, and 2 good pool areas, with plenty of sun beds. Ths staff are polite and very helpful. The breakfast is marketed as free but when adding another guest had to pay an extra supplement. Breakfast has limited choice and on first 2 days couldn't be seated as many tables had not been cleared. Overall a good hotel and would recommend
