Spring Hotel Vulcano

Le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil. La taille des chambres est parfaite et la vue mer sur deux côtés est incroyable.

The Spring Vulcano hotel certainly did not disappoint when it came to giving a great time. Rooms cleaned every day, pool cleaned every day, staff brilliant, there's really nothing negative I can say. A big shout to Pedro who found my wallet when it dropped out of my pocket and returned it via the reception. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

We arrived at our hotel and because it was my husbands birthday they had upgraded us to a balance room. It was absolutely beautiful. I could not fault the decor or the cleanliness, it was immaculate. The staff are friendly and inviting and always have smiles on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice, delicious. English bacon! We were sorry to leave after 7 days, wish it was longer, will definitely be coming back. Loved our stay.

Just got back from a fantastic week at the Vulcano Hotel. Staff were polite, friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the food, plenty of choice, cannot fault the new dinner service. Everywhere was clean, pool was lovely. We will definitely be going back. We don’t believe the negative feedback is justified.

A really nice hotel with very few faults. The breakfast was amazing - really tasty and masses of choice. The staff were all friendly and the building was beautifully designed. The pool area was a good size with comfy pool beds. The bedroom was a good size and clean. My only issue was we were above the reception area so got lots of noise from that area, and being near the lifts we heard them beep every time someone used them! I would ask for a higher up room away from a lift!

We usually go to the Med Palace or Cleopatra and have been coming to PDLA for about 15 years now . We thought we would try a different hotel this time and were recommended the Spring Vulcano . Everything was going great , the room , gym , pool and breakfast were all very good and my wife and I both said we would definitely come back . That was until our 5th day of our 8 day holiday when a cockroach fell out of my T shirts in the wardrobe. We were both shocked but it wasn’t the end of the world . That night when I got up to go to the toilet about 2.00pm I was horrified to see 3 large cockroaches on the floor near the bed . I covered them with glasses and tried to go back to sleep . At about 6.00am I thought I would look again and saw another 2 large cockroaches on the floor and a smaller one on the chair next to our bed . I went to reception to report this and was told that it was a volcanic island etc and cockroaches are normal . I explained that we have been coming to PDLA for about 15 years now and have never experienced cockroaches in our room before. The guy in reception said he could change our room until midday but to leave our clothes etc in the room and he would get it sprayed. We decided just to get up and get some breakfast and keep out of the way until it was sorted as there was no way we could go back to sleep in another room . At about 11.30 I went up to our room ( on the 4th floor) and opened the door and within 5 seconds saw another small cockroach and this was after it had been sprayed ! My wife went to reception to say there was no way we could go back and spend any more time in the room and they put us in a lovely Up room for the last night . To be fair all the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and seemed genuinely apologetic but I couldn’t help feeling that someone higher up is taking shortcuts and not following the correct procedures to prevent this happening. Upon speaking to other people around the pool etc I was amazed to hear that many other people had cockroach experiences in their room , although not to the level of ours. We will never come back to this hotel because of this which is a pity because everything else was so good.
