We really did not like this hotel. The air conditioning was either freezing - like sleeping with multiple layers cold or was too hot and all of our belongings became drenched in humid water. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The staff was not helpful - we couldn’t find any towels for the beach and pool and were told that we needed to go across the entire property to get towels with our towel cards (still don’t know what that is). The drinks were meh. We kept getting stopped and trying to be ****** into a time share. The beach was not great and there was no sitting room really by the beach. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Realmente um ótima experiência. Estava com meu marido, ficamos na suite privilege, perfeita! Amplo quarto, coma torneias individuais, hidro no banheiro e na área externa com vista para o jardim, cama surreal de confortável.
O Hotel possui uma ampla variedade de restaurantes, onde o italiano, japonês e steakhouse você deve agendar no dia, o restante basta ir e aguardar.
O restaurante japonês não é tanto pela comida e sim pela experiência do sushiman é mais um show, incrível!
Recomendo o restaurante de buffet pois possui variedade de culinária de diversos países e o restaurante japonês.
Infelizmente o restaurante em frente à praia não tivemos um bom atendimento, única crítica!
O resort possui diversas áreas verde, com isso você encontra vários animais, mega fofos!! Fomos no boliche e ainda possuem noites de karaokê, bem divertido!
Sugestionaria apenas ter alguma piscina aquecida, pois todas não possuem aquecimento.
É um resort completo, com sorveteria, café, uma maravilha. Recomendo a todos!

This was our 6th visit to this resort. We stayed in “privilege” for the 1st time. It was nice having a butler make our dinner reservations for us but other than that really no need for butler service. Might be better if they just let you make all your dinner reservations at once from an app. The privilege lounge for breakfast was convenient but the food was mediocre. We would only book privilege again if the price was low otherwise not worth the higher cost. All staff around our pool was very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful place not to far from the airport but in the middle of everything interesting. Very friendly people and staff, good array of food and very flavourful. Layout is well done for the space provided. Just a little bit more time is required to add some paint to hide some of the age and bleach to rid some minor mould issues

I was truly impressed by the resort. Even though it was a nightmare getting there, the warm welcome from the hotels staff made it so much better. It was late when we arrived, so the resort train wasn’t available, it was a hike getting to the Privilege side of the hotel. We had the privilege room with rooftop and it was phenomenal. Room was clean and very spacious, the bed was probably my favorite part. Our butler, Ariz was amazing and If I come again, I’d definitely request her. She was on point and attentive even after hours.
We visited during the week but it’s one of the most quiet resorts I’ve been to, there wasn’t any nightly entertainment during our stay.
I took a star away for the food and drinks. The restaurants were just meh and I really hated that because this hotel is amazing. I will say though, the buffet was PHENOMENAL! That’s where the flavor was! The Al a Carte restaurants were pretty bland. The bartenders are very friendly and nice but the drinks were very syrupy and watered down. Then I noticed, a better tip got you a better drink, just less syrupy and less watered down lol
Overall, I’d come back, you can’t beat the price for how beautiful the resort is. It has everything you need right on it.

Everything about this property was truly five star. And of course the best part was the food. With 8-10 amazing restaurants and delicious food. Hotel staff and service was top notch. Best ever stay for us..

The overall vibe of the property was very nice and aesthetically pleasing. The privilege service was nice with fast room service and a 24hr concierge for our needs. Overall I’d give the food a 3.5 out of 5, all presented beautifully but a lot of it looked better than it tasted. All pools were spotless and bartenders were attentive, but housekeeping often forgot to give us more coffee cups or towels which was mildly annoying. They could also use some cleaning outdoors in the bushes and things because lots of garbage if you look close, and many people tripped on uneven sidewalks. The wildlife there was adorable, lots of monkeys, coatis, and some cats too. Very family friendly and the evening activities and shows were great (especially silent disco and fire show)
