It is well located and protected place. Foods are amazing and there are too many different kinds. Pool is nice. It only needs a better beach. Not for a beach holiday but others are really good.

L’hotel era fantastico: vicino al centro di Playa e con ottimi servizi che includono piscine, palestra, tanti ristoranti ed attività.

淡季不過分喧鬧，人也不擁擠，吃的喝的非常有檔次，房間硬件很高檔，即舒適方便，也有面子，地理位置非常棒，也超級安全！

Not a good location, there is no beach and the placement of the hotel is right where all the smelly trash and sea **** wash up on shore.
You couldn’t sit by the pool without an awful smell of sulfur.
It was almost all senior citizens and not much for night life at the resort.
The mixed drinks were poorly flavored and all bottom shelf.
Some staff were very friendly and happy and other staff were not very friendly or happy…
Felt like we were under surveillance or being watched the whole time in the resort so we spent most of our time spending money in other places just so we could feel comfortable…
The room was cold and the heat didn’t work so we froze every night in the room.
My group and i Will never stay at this resort again.

This hotel is misleading in their description and when you call before you book to confirm what’s included they tell you everything and just yes you. The beach area is underwhelming and there were children there every time we visited. Not the resort for anyone looking to lay on the beach. Only certain alcohol is included. We got a cabana for my birthday and no one decorated it or provided any real service for us. They also do t allow any visitors not staying at the resort. I had to pay a charge for my friend to stay in our room for 3 hours while her hotel check in time. It was a bit of an underwhelming resort stay. Especially for a birthday trip

I’ve been to this resort several times. And every year the resort has become less and less inviting. First, some of the staff need to have more helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They need more than one bartender at each site. You are serving many ppl and also attending to the servers who are requesting drinking by the pool. The pool entertainment has diminished over time. They need to bring back Norberto and his crew back. The night entertainment is nothing to stay for. The restaurants have all changed their menu and not for the best. Also every time you asked for something they ran out of it. Also, they have ppl there selling you excursion there was a guy from Discove Arturo was his name, he was the most rude person. Talking to him was like ww we’re wasting his time. The moment we sat he ignored us. After he acknowledged us he was like well what are you looking for. Just very rude. We had to keep calling to have them fill our fridge with beer. So disappointing because I loved this place, it’s why I kept going back but nothing has improved so it’s time for me to say goodbye to this resort and find a new spot. Positive point is the area, you are steps away from 5th Avenue.

Overall, a very nice stay. Service was great, food choices limited with only a few restaurants and small buffet. The steakhouse was really good, especially the filet, and the Italian place was quite good. The buffet was pretty small and not much variety. Bars close early, everything shut down by 11 pm.
The resort itself is pretty small, with just one main pool that is inexplicably blocked in the middle. No shade available at the beach, so hard to sit out there during the day. Beach area itself is very small. The location is nice, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
Very loud in the steak restaurant, like you are in a gymnasium. Noise in the halls echoes and you can hear everyone talking as they walk down the halls. Resort should post quiet hours after 11 when the bars close.
