Hotel 770

Me and my partner came over the Chris**as period and had the best time of our lives. Our room was spacious, clean and private which made us feel safe in a foreign country. Great service and great location! Would recommend to anyone 5/5!

By far the worst experience in our life. 1) they gave us a different room from what we booked. very different not even a window, no chairs 2) the facilities were not working. no water neither to shower or for the toilet and all we got as an answer is “THERE IS NO PROBLEM, there is only no water “!! 3) noisy at night and during the day 4) the wifi was very different from the “speed test “ what they provided us prior to booking. it was a key factor to our booking and it did definitely not work as promised. 5) rooftop pool was dirty, old and not well maintained at all - we did not even use it once 6) the room was every stinky to the point that the smell was still on our clothes after we left. 7) Bedsheets , towels don’t look very clean. old and damaged and also changed only every two days. 8) we spoke with the manager and there was no way to find a compromise - we left prior to finishing our stay (all paid in advance) which was not refunded and no effort made from the hotel.
