Heaven Hotel

The place looks as good as the pictures. It’s modern and in a good location close to the main road. There is a 711 across the street which is super convenient. There is also ample parking. The only drawback was the lack of hot water for showers. The water was hot/warm only for 2-3 mins then it’s a cold shower every time. They need bigger water heaters especially for the 2 bedroom apartment where you have multiple guests. Other than that, it was really nice, quiet, safe and lovely.

This hotel was wonderful. It is clean and safe. The pool is great. The staff are nice. The rooms are well maintained. Ours had a safe and a washer/dryer, which I don’t recall seeing in the listing. We were in a suite, so maybe all rooms don’t have these amenities? Right across the street is a convenience store (great for water, milk, fresh fruit, etc.), a fabulous taco shop (Taqueria Los Compas), and an ice cream shop. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, so you are not in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Radio Taxi PDC charged about 200 pesos to go to and from downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous réservons 2 nuits vi booking avant de reprendre notre avion (famille avec un enfant de 4ans) Arrivés sur place, l’hôtesse nous accueil assise avec un magnifique bâillement, puis, avec son menton dans la paume de sa main nous annonce que nous devrons changer de chambre le lendemain. Étant en excursion le lendemain + préparation de la valise nous refusons et demandons à voir un manager. La manager arrive et nous annonce sur Google translate que si nous ne sommes pas d’accord nous n’avons qu’à annuler. Nous lui expliquons que l’annulation via booking nous infligera des frais, elle hausse les épaules et nous dit que ce n’est pas son problème mais qu’ils feront le nécessaire pour « accepter l’annulation sans frais » Nous les avons menacés pour avoir un mail de leur part mentionnant leur accord d’annulation, heureusement car ils ont évidemment refusé l’annulation auprès de booking. Voilà comment perdre 2h a un guichet avec des gens incompétents (et devoir se battre avec booking pour le remboursement) Changez de nom, c’est plutôt le « Hell Hôtel » chez vous

¡¡Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos en ese hotel!! Tanto, que mis primos terminaron reservando ahí y quedándose con nosotros. Amabilidad de los empleados y todo super limpio y con mantenimiento. Sigan así!!

Ubicado cerca de una de la Playa Xcalacoco, es un hermoso hotel, moderno, con habitaciones que cuentan con todas las comodidades (incluso cocina instalada para quienes gustan de cocinar), personal muy profesional y siempre atento a cualquier necesidad del cliente, excelente servicio de taxis. Altamente recomendable.
