Apartamentos Montemayor

The apartment is ok. We upgraded to a larger one but it was still very small Lift was not working. As we were upstairs we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of stairs plus all our shopping - water etc not ideal. We stayed 10 nights and it was not fixed .No english channels even though they state they have satellite tv was told this was broken as well wasn't cheap. Swimming pool not heated so no point in having one. I didn't feel the staff were helpful. Basic expensive place

Lovely small complex, spotless well maintained pool area. Pool is cold but fine once you get in, the bubble beds are great! Rooms aren’t huge but big enough (we stayed in a one bed apt), accomodation was clean and kitchen well equipped. Excellent shower although bathroom was boiling hot as the window was nailed shut. Could do with extra pillows and air con otherwise very good. Cross the road and down a path to the prom which leads you to playa del Inglés beach in about 10/15 minutes. There’s a big spar supermarket just around the corner. The road train also goes from near the spar which is a laugh.

Really nice apartments. Good location near the centre and easy access to beach. Nice pool area. We had uppest floor and a beach view. Good balcony. Clean rooms, good kitchen. No air-conditioning so hot apartments in summer time. Busy road downstairs. Laundry machine was nice ekstra.

It was full of cockroaches and not very clean. The pool area very small. The owner and staff have banned cats there, even they are healthy and well. They even kill it. Stay away from the horrible place

These apartments are based in a wonderful location in the south of GC. Our problem was the management's opinion of the stray cat near the apartments. The cats were cared for daily and were no problem, but suddenly the Management took control and did not allow the cats to be fed by a volunteer group We have cats at home so to see hungry cats suddenly not being given their regular food because the staff do not like this was upsetting. We certainly would not recommend these apartments if you like animals and have compassion.

Había chinches en el colchón de la cama. Tú e que ir al hospital por reacción alérgica grave. Los apartamentos nunca se responsabilizaron. El personal mostró cero empatía y el trato fue pésimo. Vacaciones arruinadas. En espera de juicio...

Struttura situata a playa del ingles, posizione eccellente (a pochi passi dalle spiagge). L'appartamento in cui ho alloggiato era ben organizzato e disponeva di tutti i servizi necessari, tra cui un giardino molto ampio e abbastanza riservato. L'appartamento era molto pulito al nostro arrivo, inoltre le governanti puliscono le stanze e cambiano i vari asciugamani e le lenzuola almeno 2 volte a settimana. Ci sono un paio di aspetti che andrebbero rivisti (la pavimentazione nel giardino esterno non è in buone condizioni e inoltre andrebbero sostituite le corde delle tapparelle). La struttura dispone di una piscina piuttosto grande e molto tranquilla, ottima per un po di relax. Questa struttura è ideale per amici, per famiglie, ma anche per un viaggio di coppia. In generale ho vissuto una bella esperienza in questa struttura. CONSIGLIATA!

Fuimos una semana dos adultos y dos niños del 30 al 6 de septiembre 2021 y Me encanto la ubicación,el precio,la señora de recepción muy amable y profesional,las limpiadoras muy atentas y limpian muy bien y la limpieza constante del apartamento y todas las zonas,la en piscina muy limpia medianita pero muy bien y lo mejor las hamacas de masaje que duran mucho,el apartamento muy amplio bien equipado y una gran terraza con jardín,la tranquilidad y la piscina prácticamente para nosotros, así que muy contenta en esta primera estancia y la ubicación magnífica al lado de la playa, repetiré
