Alsol Bungalows Tajaraste

Visited February for long weekend and not disappointed. Great location , about 5 minute walk from beach and Dunes. Accommodation lovely, spacious and well maintained. Gardens the same and outdoor heated pools. Other resident were really friendly and gave us bottle Gin as were leaving the next day. More older couples, but some families too. Each Bungalow located with own sunbeds, so no need to book early in morning to secure with towels! Would highly recommend

Repeat visitors. The tranquil setting with enclosed gardens (with ample sun loungers) and heated pool continue to be a draw for regular visitors. Accommodation is self catering with all the crockery and utensils as well as a fridge, hot plate and microwave. Each bungalow has a small outside sitting area shielded by hedging. A little pull out drying frame, within this secluded area, is also ideal for any light clothes washing. The rooms are showing their age somewhat and do now need a little 'tlc' (only reason 4 starts given otherwise it would have been 5) but it is hard to be too critical as all of these businesses have clearly been hit financially by the pandemic.

The apartments are easy to get to, they are located around the corner from the Hotel Riu Palace at the end of the main Avenue in Maspalomas – Av de Tirajana. It costs approx. €40 in a taxi from the airport and there is street parking if you are driving. There aren’t any big signs outside, only a gate, so you might miss the entrance The bungalows only have someone at reception for a few hours during the day, if you are arriving late in the evening you can email them and they will give you the code for the main gate as well as a number to ring. We did this and it went very smooth, on the phone they were able to tell us the number of the apartment and that it was open, so we were able to go to it and start to settle in as we waited for someone to come and officially check us in. When we left our flight was in the evening so we were able to leave our luggage in the reception area after we checked out (12pm) and there is a code for the door so you can get them if there isn’t anyone at reception. There only thing missing which some other places have, is a toilet and/or shower room, so that you could freshen up before your flight home The wifi was easy to log onto and worked fine, although I do think you were limited to the number of devices The apartment has a good size living room with 2 sofas against the wall leaving a lot of space in the middle. There is a TV but we didn’t use it. The living area is open plan and although the kitchen is small it has everything you need, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge (with a small freezer), 2 ring cooker and cutlery, plates and glasses for 3 people. There is a small patio area with table and 3 chairs for sitting outside as well as a small breakfast bar so you can site and eat inside. Washing up liquid, sponge and drying cloth is provided The bathroom is a nice size with a shower over the bath which had good pressure and hot water throughout the day. There wasn’t a lot of room around the sink for toiletries, but there are shelves opposite the sink. You can tell the bungalows are a little dated as there is a bidet in the bathroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table (you are able to push them together if you want) There are 2 wardrobes with a lot of hangers to put your clothes away. The beds were fine. The only thing is that there is an air conditioning unit in the living area, but there is nothing in the bedroom, not even a fan, so we found that the room got very warm and stuffy even with windows open The bungalows are divided into 2 areas and each area has a pool (which has a gate around it), the bungalows are located in a semi circle with a grass area in the middle and this is where everyone hangs out in their sun loungers. Each bungalow has 2 sun loungers and you don’t need to worry about trying to get one, there is no cushions on the lounger, but a beach towel is fine. The bungalows is a quiet resort even when busy, so its definitely not a place to come to if you want ente

The new owners - Asol - has slowly but sure taken away all the charm and small thing that used to make this central placed Bungalow Complex great and charming with returning guests. For example, they have abolished cushions for the sunbeds under an insane reference to corona risk (it is really about a saving). They have abolished the drying cloth in the kitchen, the cleaning has been cut down, there is no longer a little cold water in the fridge when you as a guest arrive hot and sweaty from the airport. And so you could continue with all the small, but overall significant changes, which mean that we regular customers will no longer come back to Tajaraste, which was once a charming gem, but which the new owners - Alsol - have now destroyed. Sad.

Erstmal das Gute: Die Anlage ist super toll gepflegt und es wird sich auch jeden Tag drum gekümmert. Der riesige Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt und er ist echt überwältigend. Die Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption sind auch freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit in allen Lagen. Die Bungalows sind von der Größe her, ausreichend. Die Handtücher wurden alle 2, auch mal 3 Tage gewechselt. Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos genauso wie der Deckenventilator. Tv ist auch tadellos, zum Testen mal kurz angemacht. Seifen,Duschgel, Shampoo genauso wie Spüli, Schwamm und Geschirrtücher sind vorhanden. Ein Safe der abschließbar ist. Und ganz toll..., wer wirklich seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben, weil die Anlage Kinderlos ist. Fön, Bügeleisen sind auch tadellos und vorhanden gewesen. Wäsche kann man auch gegen einen Aufpreis von 5€ benutzen. Personal ist auch freundlich und höflich. Mittel: Wer sich nicht so anstellt, kann schnell mit den Nachbarn in Kontakt treten, da die Privatsphäre noch nicht ganz so gegeben ist. Dazu müssten erstmal die Büsche/ Pflanzen zusammenwachsen. Man könnte aber auch nach hinten, hinter den Bungalow ausweichen, denn dort stehen dann nochmal 2 Liegen bereit mit einem kleinen Tisch und einer Dusche. Nun leider zum Negativen: LEIDER wurde unsere Bettwäsche nicht einmal in 14 bzw 16 Tagen gewechselt. Trotz das man mehrfach am Tag geduscht hat, schwitzt man ja nachts über doch mal, mal mehr, mal weniger. Dazu war eine Garnitur auch auf Links bezogen, was jetzt nicht tragisch war. Auch LEIDER und SCHADE, daß wir das mit der Sauberkeit bestätigen können und müssen..., überall Wollmäuse, Haare von anderen Menschen, lange und kurze... von jedem Etwas dabei. Unter den Gardinen wurde auch nicht sauber gemacht. Also barfuß eben mal schnell ging nicht. In der Dusche lagen auch Haare, die nicht zu uns gehörten. Eigentlich total schade, weil sonst alles so perfekt war. Wenn sich das noch ändern würde, wären wir super zufrieden. Fazit: Wir würden es trotz der bedingten Sauberkeit wieder beziehen, weil alles Andere perfekt war. Cita, Strand, Dünen und alles was man so braucht, nicht weit weg von der Tajaraste sind.

Wat een fantastisch resort. Kleinschalig, heerlijk rustig. Ligbedden bij je bungalow en aan de andere kant je privéterras. Loungebanken in de tuin. Groot zwembad (helaas wat koud) met ligbedden en parasols. Slaapkamer met goede bedden en Airco. Woonkamer/keuken met fan. Keuken is van alles voorzien. Tv met Nl zenders. Om de dag werd alles (binnen en buiten) schoongemaakt en kreeg je nieuwe handdoeken.

Die einstige wunderbare Blumenpracht und Vegetation wurde im Rahmen der Renovierung komplett entfernt und durch Kies und Platikrasen ersetzt. Garten des Grauens. Auch Sonnenschutz gibt es jetzt nicht mehr. Bungalow innen neu renoviert, aber Boden klebte und einzelne lange schwarze Haare… was ist nur aus dieser einst schönen Anlage geworden? Lage ist super, Nähe Dünen und sehr ruhig

Fijne plek en prima bungalows. Netjes opgeknapt. Wel voor 2 personen. Jacuzzi is ideaal, vraag wel bij de receptie of ze hem warmer zetten want dat kan, hebben wij ook gedaan. Adults only dus geen herrie van kinderen. Locatie is top, rustig maar wel vlakbij CITA.

Heerlijk top appartement, alleen zeembad is niet verwarmd en jacuzzi is maar 27 graden niet echt Warm, ligging vlak bij de duinen en de cita, supermarkt om de hoek, bussen bij de cita vlakbij dus, prima vertoeven..
