Das Hotel ist neu in guter Lage mit einem guten Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind toll und nagelneu (Upgrade, da Accor Platinum). Nette Bar. Leider klappen Check-in und Check-out noch nicht reibungslos. Generell Probleme mit der Kartenzahlung. Hier muss schnell etwas getan werden! Reklamationsmanagement vorbildlich, sehr netter Kontakt per Mail. Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits dans une suite familiale. L’expérience était un sans faute, dès l’entrée dans l’établissement jusqu’au départ. Ma famille et moi même avons savouré pleinement se séjour. -Réception 10/10 -Chambre 10/10 -Petit déjeuner à la carte juste incroyable 10/10 -Service 10/10 -Personnel 10/10 En plus l’hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Plovdiv, donc un emplacement parfait. Je peux que conseiller cet hôtel au personnes qui séjournent à Plovdiv Si on revient à Plovdiv, on y retournera à 100%

Very cute little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood that is very central to all the sights. A great place to stay. The staff are wonderful: nothing is too much trouble and they are super helpful and friendly. Parking was included and right next to the hotel. Our only comment would be to make sure to choose your room carefully: book the largest possible because they are very small. Also, note that the balconies are actually internal to the building. In our room, the shower and the sink were in the little bedroom which meant disturbing your partner to use the toilet in the night, and no privacy except for the toilet itself. The design of the rooms is very clever however: a bit like being on a spaceship! If you are light sensitive bring some tape because all the light switches are big, glowing panels that shine very brightly in the dark, and they are everywhere.

The best place in the city for your stay. Attentive and professional service, great facilities and convenient location - the hotel has got it all. Certainly the most elegant and stylish accommodation option in Plovdiv thus look no further if searching for an overnight stay.

The best place in Plovdiv! Amazing staff, very kind, very knowledgeable, always ready to help! Super luxury hotel! Our company had 3 days Global Conference event in the hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend The Emporium hotel in Plovdiv!

This hotel is probably the best experience I've had. It earns its 5 stars due to their quiet and luxurious rooms. Much attention was given to the planning of the rooms with the needs of the guest anticipated. The staff is extremely professional but also warm and welcoming. Special mention to Ivan, the manager who gave me great advice on special things not to miss, and Lia, front desk assistant. Thank you both for such a great experience in Plovdiv.

Amazing hotel, outstanding design, cozy atmosphere. Responsive and very friendly staff. The entire hotel has a unique atmosphere . There is a great bar in the lobby . Anyone visiting Plovdiv should not miss the Emporium hotel .World 5 star level.

I would easily say that was the best hotel I've been to. Excellent service, very clean, staff were very kind and polite. The design of the rooms is great - very modern. We stayed in a superior room with our 3 year old.
