Duvabitat Apartments

+daily cleaning service, gym, activities for kids, basic pools, padel fields, plenty of sunchairs, free shuttle bus to port de Pollença -the rooms are a bit outdated, like the bathroom that looked a bit moldy with all the black spots. Kitchen was ok but not meant for extensive cooking but enough for breakfast. Two stoves, no oven. Plenty of plates etc.

We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a 4 year old and a baby. There was enough room for all of us, the beds were comfy. The furniture seems pretty fresh, but overall the apartment is old, one can say from the room doors and windows. Anyway, that wasn’t a problem. We haven’t used AC, the apt was cool enough in the night and it was pretty quiet also. The room was cleaned every day except Sunday, everyone in the hotel was super nice and friendly. The swimming pools are warm and well maintained, there was a bathing area for the smaller children in both pools, which our boy enjoyed a lot. What he also loved were the mini discos run by Luciano. Luciano is an amazing animator, both kids and adults loved his games and entertainment. Real pro. We had a buffet breakfast in the hotel once — it was really good. Once we ate in the Girovolta restaurant — also very pleasant. Regarding the location — we were with a rental car and driving to the seaside wasn’t a problem. There always was enough parking space. Overall we had a great stay in Duva, would recommend for the families with children.

We had a lovely family holiday here and got back on Friday. It is good value for money, certainly for what we paid. The facilities are good and the staff are lovely. Lucianno the main ( and only!) entertainer makes the property really. There is a good mixture of activities which for a 3 star Appartment is very good. The on site Italian restaurant is lovely with a beautiful view. Hotel buffet evening food is average but the kids loved it. Lunches are better. The Appartment’s are very basic and could do with an upgrade. The kitchen needs an oven or larger hob to be useful but it covers the basics Overall a very enjoyable holiday, the Appartments just need to be upgraded to make it a true 4 star property.

I’ve stayed at Duva many times over the course of 20 years but this was my first time at Duvhabitat apartments. It’s evident that these apartments aren’t as premium as the Duva ones- worth noting that the second bedroom only has a single bed, but there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. These apartments also don’t have an oven but do have a microwave and 2 ring hob. The floor hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and was really filthy but the maid came the next day and sort of cleaned it but left the dirt around the edges. The shower head is pretty useless but this is really common in Majorca with the lime scale. What I love about Duva in general is the friendliness of all the staff and the fantastic facilities, 3 pools to choose from and swings and slides dotted around. It was never too busy and sun beds were plentiful. All in all another good stay

Another great cycling holiday based Duva, 3 of us in a 2 bedroom apartment . The apartments are in need of some restoration but for 3 blokes not a problem, everything works fine and they are clean. Highlights are the very friendly staff reception and restaurant staff always have time for a chat. The food is excellent ( we had half board)

The apartment was spotless and cleaned everyday. There was a TV and 2 large comfortable single beds in the main bedroom, continental style and 1 bed in the smaller second room. Towels, and toiletries like soap, shampoo and bodywash were included in the bathroom. Which was small but perfect. The kitchen had a fridge, with a bottle of water,a nice touch after arriving late at night. There was also a hob and microwave if you wanted to cook. They provided all the cutlery and crockery needed and washing up liquid and t towels. Another tv, sofa bed and table and chairs are in the main area off the kitchen. We had a good sized balcony with tables and chairs, overlooking the pool, for our apartment block which got the evening sun. There is also another pool in the main hotel, which had a pool bar and activities throughout the day. You can rent beach towels from reception €10 each and €18 for the safe for the week. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was a wide variety of nice options to choose from. We also ate in the hotel a couple of evenings. It cost €18 each plus €3 for unlimited soft drinks or €6 for beer and wine. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I honestly can't fault the place for the price we paid. We are thinking of returning next year.

Travelled with a group on a cycling holiday and stayed across 2 apartments , both of which were identical in both appearance and poor quality!! We have stayed here prior to lock down and nothing has changed or improved ( I should have known better) We primarily booked due to 2 bedroom apartments but on entering I remembered why although travelling to Pollensa a number of times I’ve avoided to the Duvabit The apartments are very very tired , remind me of an early 90’s holiday camp ! Initial impression is ok but soon after entering and on closer inspection you realise how tired the place is. As per other reviews the bathrooms are verging on the unacceptable !! Literally one small light makes the room extremely dark , the shower waste was open and seem to have a blockage as the shower was slow to drain to the point you had to get washed in instalments to stop it over flowing. The toilet seemed to run for about 15 mins after every flush and in one of the apartments the toilet seat was loose I think it was generally clean (but couldn’t really see in the dark !) but it had a feeling of it wasn’t ? The kitchen was similar , it was clean enough but look like it hadn’t been updated for a number of years Beds were generally comfortable apart from one of our party who literally had a camp bed . I’m summary I feel that the quality of accommodation offered and the general appearance of the hotel is disappointing and in this day and age outdated tired and in need of a total renovation We won’t be returning !
