Location is excellent. Just 2 min walk to patnem beach. Room is very clean and comfortable with all basic amenities.

This is nice and new property, so its clean and good. Owner is very polite and humble. The stay is very near to beach, especially to all the three beaches.

The stay at the falcon resort was very convenient as it was easy accessible to shops, bars and beaches. The stay was very comfortable with basic amenities available in the room. It had its own private balcony which makes it more premium and small kitchenette to cook and boil simple food. Its absolutely a place i’d recommend to stay in the next visits!

It's worth staying in filcorn resort. Staff is friendly and rooms are very clean and neat. Overall all the stay is greater.

Good rooms with all decent facilities. Near by patnem beach. Stayed for 3n. Can contact owner before booking the stay and negotiate.
