My wife and I chose this property as it was reasonably close to Volterra - the Hilltop city we were visiting the following day. One major problem was locating the property using our GPS system. We ended up on a tractor road at some distance from the property. With some help from neighbors we did find it. IF one titles the property BIOagriturismo Il Cerreto, there is no problem. And as the farm promotes sustainability and uses its produce/products in their restaurant this mkaes sense. We found the location to be beautiful - nestled in the rolling hills of West Tuscany. We enjoyed our stay, were treated quite well, and found the property enchanting. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay. Restaurant was wonderful. Rooms were large and very clean. Our highlight was visiting the cows that were on the property. Definitely a good place to stay.

Beautiful property. Great staff who will go out of their way to help you. Amazing food (vegetarian). Two swimming pools (one for kids) if you want to sunbathe and/or swim. I highly recommend Il Cerreto if you are looking to stay in this area!

Wonderful stay with the family, we had the suite and it was amazing. Great staff, the food was really good and the surroundings were beautiful. We will be back!

First visit here and what a fantastic visit it was. The setting is really nice, 9/10. Accommodation was also a 9 out of 10, clean, cooking facilities in the apartment, a fridge which was very welcome in the 38 degree heat. The pool area is certainly very pretty with a bio natural pool, very clean and great for cooling off, however, lack of umbrellas for shade meant that this area only scores an 8 out of 10. However, there are other places to stretch out on the sun beds and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The food, excellent, vegan catered for, gluten free catered for with a good selection at breakfast and lovely tasty and imaginative dishes for evening meal, all served at the restaurant by superb friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Angelo and Stephanie. Also a well stocked bio shop selling produce from the farm. Another fantastic and nice touch was the welcome box of fresh ingredients when we arrived. Overall, 9 out of 10 and I’m sure we will be visiting again.

Location molto bella immersa nel verde e nella pace. Cucina buonissima, tutta vegetariana, molto ricercata e personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Una menzione particolare a Silvia, è stata fantastica! (E un saluto dalla piccola Giulia!!!)

Restaurant végétarien mais qui peut enthousiasmer un non végétarien ! Des saveurs nettes et harmonieuses, beaucoup d imagination pour la composition des plats. Le menu offre de nombreuses possibilités pour les différentes étapes (antipasti, primi, secondi et dolce). L avantage de cette cuisine goûteuse est d êtrr rassasié sans être lourd à la fin du repas ! A recommander !

Wir haben mit gemischten Gefühlen unseren Urlaub hier verbracht. Sehr positiv war: - wunderbares, exzellentes Bio Restaurant, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war so lecker, der Pizza Abend, bei dem wir mit zwei anderen deutschsprachigen Paaren an einem Tisch Pizza und Wein genießen durfte, war genial, beste Pizza ever - wunderschöne Landschaft, sehr schöner Ausblick - Führung über den Hof, hier bekamen wir einen kleinen Eindruck in die Arbeit des Demeter Hofes - bequemes Bett, Fliegengitter an den Fenster, wir hatten keine Mücken im Zimmer - ganz viel Natur, es gab deswegen aber auch viele Fliegen, Mücken und andere Stechinsekten (unbedingt Insektenspray mitnehmen!) - Bio-Hofladen in dem es fast alles gab, was wir so brauchten und obwohl man uns nicht verstand, wurde uns mit Händen und Füßen geholfen, sodass wir auch Rohmilchkäse bekommen haben (ich war zu der Zeit schwanger) - teils sehr nette Familien, die mit uns im Urlaub waren Negativ aufgefallen ist uns: - wir haben uns hauptsächlich selbst verpflegt. Die Küche war dafür nicht gut geeignet, uns fehlten einige Küchenutensilien zum Kochen. Es gab keinen Begrüßungskorb wie in einigen Bewertungen geschrieben. - Wir hatten viele Ameisen im Zimmer, geholfen hat uns, unser DEET Insektenspray auf die Türschwelle zu sprühen und alle zwei Tage zu fegen. Wir hatten dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber die haben nur mal nachgeschaut - Das Zimmer wurde nicht 1x pro Woche gereinigt wie beschrieben, als wir nach eine Woche nachgefragt hatten, bekamen wir frische Bettwäsche zum Selbstbeziehen. Wir haben dann selbst gewischt. - in Italien normal aber das Trinkwasser ist mit Chlor und auch der Naturteich ist deswegen leicht gechlort. :-( Wir hatten hauptsächlich wegen des Naturpools diese Unterkunft gebucht. Auch in Italien normal wegen Klimawandel: wir hatten eine Woche über 40 Grad
