Ruhige Lage, Zimmer ist neu und modern eingerichtet,
kostenloser Parkplatz, zum Strand nur die Straße queren, naheliegende Bars und Restaurants, sehr freundliches Personal

The staff is excellent and the place is convenient to beach and shops. There are no convenience shops or grocery stores close by, which was unfortunate. The place is ok. The room I had looked as if it had been recently renovated, but not quite finished. Bath is tiny and no closets or drawers. Just hand made shelves in this rather large closet next to the tiny bathroom. Parking on the side is ok, just he front area is tight. Limited natural light, and the lighting in the room is not great. Bed was comfy.
I probably won’t stay here again, but it is more reasonably priced than the other hotels in the area.

Clean and right across from a great beach.
You have to call the management to check in, but no problems other than a little wait.
The pool is not heated and small, but with the beach across the street we did not use it.

Convenient location. Amenities are pretty good for a long stay; kitchenette furnished, ample clothes storage area along with space for beach items in a separate storage area near the bath.
Some disappoin**ents. Bathtub drain was broken, we adapted some plastic bags to stop the drain. Windows blinds were damaged where someone could look into room. Again, we adapted to block the open spot in the blinds. Bathroom window was damaged to where it could not close, about an 1/8 inch gap where it would not seal.
Folks managing the facility were good. The overall space has had new touches done, but some of the work could have been done better, like the use of white caulk on a dark countertop.
We generally stay at major brand places, but the price here was good so we took a risk. Overall the bedding was good, parking also very convenient, the beach a short walk across the street. We enjoyed our short stay.

We booked a one night stay while we were traveling through the area. We were so pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had: the staff was friendly, check-in and out was extremely easy and the room was immaculate! We got a room that faced the street, but the neighborhood was so quiet that we were able to sleep with the windows open and even see the ocean and sunrise. We will definitely be booking a stay here again when we are traveling in Florida.

Only place I stayed where the office was my open full time. Phone and text available. Very clean room, fully equipped kitchenette. Decor bland.

Great little boutique hotel. Very clean, big room- loved the kitchenette if you are planning an extended stay.
Nice bathroom, lots of space for your bags in the oversized closet.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice little place to stay and right accross the street from the beach. It’s equipped nicely for longer stays too.
