I had asked the front desk if they could give me a price for early check in without the breakfast, the answer was NO. No flexability on the front desk part even though I know as a frequent traveller there is ALWAYS room for flexability if the hotel is not fully booked. I get that they wanted to make maximum amount of money, but I find it really POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when I know the hotel was not full. I will never ever stay here again and your customer service agent just ignored me. I asked her twice, I'm diabetic have medical conditions and found the service to be not up to par of your other hotels, I've stayed at the Marina Atlantico. Yes, you pay more money but still the service should be the same. Very disappointed. Jenny
