I needed to go to a furniture outlet in Cardiff to choose new items for my lounge and chose this hotel as it was a reasonable distance away. You can’t go wrong really with a Premier Inn and this one was no exception. It was especially quiet despite being quite close to a busy main road and I had a very good nights sleep. The staff were welcoming and helpful so would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my partner had stayed here for 7 months due to an insurance claim and from day one Tanya and the team went above and beyond for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Staying at the Premier Inn for such a long time we had got to know each member of staff, each and everyone of them made us feel so welcome everytime we had seen them which made us feel like family to them! We would like to thank Tanya and the team for making our stay perfect would highly recommend!

Family friendly, visited for Easter and the Easter bunny was there, kids loved it! Entire place was immaculate, the staff were very friendly. I would 100% stay here again in the future! .................... . .........................

Really impressed with the management team at this hotel after there was a problem with a burst pipe from behind a bath upstairs. The Receptionist Courtney was really calm under pressure relaying information over the phone to the management. To be fair, both managers Tanya and Gemma who were off duty were both back at the hotel within 10 minutes to sort out the problem and organise all the guests affected into new rooms straight away. Tanya was able to take off the bath panel and stop the water straight away too. A lot of people would have folded under the pressure so fair play.

The customer service skills here are amazing, especially when I had accidentally double booked and someone called my home a few days beforehand, to cancel one. Also, having a room the railway side is quieter. With a Table Table restaurant next door, the loyalty card is a good idea. My husband forgot his blood sugar monitor and this is being posted back to him.

The room was lovely and clean and was quite quiet. It was lovely and warm and pillows very comfy. A great location with only a short drive into the surrounding towns/cities and great amenities on the door step such as McDonald's and a Fuel Station. The staff were exceptional, providing extra towels when asked and gave the impression that nothing was a problem. Great customer service and I will definitely be back to stay again, and I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to my friends and family.

I recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Overall, a great stay!

This is a dated and tired hotel. I've stayed in lots of Premier Inns and this is one of the worst. The rooms are in need of redecoration and the tv is tiny. The free WI-FI is ridiculously slow, less than 1 m. I'll definitely not stay here again. Not good enough.
