Staff very helpful, amazing location, concierge so nice and effective, very relaxing. Just wish the outside pool was a little cooler temperature wise. Would go back in a heart beat.

Extremely unfriendly front desk staff, we came for an anniversary and left a message prior to checking-in for multiple rooms, as we do use to two three times a year. Before and during covid, we always did receive a small gesture for special occasions. This year, we're told in an unrespectful tone to discuss directly with the F&B team. The restaurant staff then tells us nothing was notified by the reception and can't do anything. Lots of wait, back and forth for finally nothing and a lot of unpleasant moments. Whatever happened during your day, please do respect customers and talk pleasantly, professionally !

Très bon séjour au château des tourelles. Personnel à l'écoute et très disponible.
Excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant de qualité. La thalasso un plus avec une belle piscine.

Je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles partout car l'eau de la douche ou baignoire était plutôt "froide" . Eau chaude à fond sans eau froide , il fallait faire vite pour ne pas se geler...
en revanche hôtel absolument parfait en dehors de ce point qui reste un problème réel .

Un hotel magnifique. trés beau et trés propre. Le SPA est trés trés agréable. Le restaurant romantique, fin et excellent. L'accueil est plus que parfait. La situation de l'hotel est exceptionnelle. Un grand merci a toute l'équipe

Un environnement calme et relaxant avec accès direct à la plage. Une chambre confortable. Un espace petit-déjeuner au choix généreux. Des soins et massages de qualité. Parfait pour emmener son animal de compagnie.

Trop de changements négatifs pour le client
- personnel trop strict,
- economies de bouts de chandelles au petit déjeuner,
- plus aucune flexibilité dans les snacks offerts au bar (seulement des « planches »,
- augmentations déraisonnables et non méritées des tarifs
