Nice hotel, decent room but the food wasn't great. Most of the food was only warm, not hot, lunch time was the worst, hardly anyone in the restaurant most days so food left going cold. Certainly not being kept at a minimum of 63c as required. Couple of breakfasts we had undercooked sausages and warm eggs and beans, see attached photo. Mentioned it to Jet2 reps who were apologetic and were going to do an inspection, but had advised the hotel they were coming in advance!. Going back again in March (already booked so too late to change without a massive cost). Hopefully things will have improved.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel! Food was lovely, people were friendly, staff were great! Activities were really good and the reps were great too! Especially one rep called Alicia she was brilliant. I would definitely come back again!

Excellent stay in Alcudia for Ironman 70.3 triathlon, reception staff - especially Francesca Oliver - were very helpful and made the stay special. Food is great, facilities great, position near the beach great. Looking forward to coming back again.

Excellent location - super close to a great range of shops, restaurants, trails, bike rentals and the beach. Fantastic service, everyone was very happy to help. Would come back for sure and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in port d'alcudia.

An ok hotel with great pool and mosty friendly staff. There are signs that it is not allowed to reserve sundbeds, but people of course does it anyways from 7-8 AM. When I asked both at the reception desk and the lifeguard about this, they did not care. Very annoying as the best seats are reserved by people who don’t show up until late.

The only thing I can say about you is that you are wow, you managed to impress me very much, very friendly and helpful staff, very very good food, perfect cleanliness, keep it up, you deserve more than 5 stars, but what matters is that you form a beautiful family and you make us feel great

Good location. Food very nice, great variety but not hot, cold plates. Our self catering apar**ent had no amenities only a 2 ring hob, cutlery and 2 massive pans. No toaster kettle or anything. Staff were all very nice. Massive restaurant, manic couple hundred people in there. The room furniture was tac n dirty. Beds were comfy. I requested a quiet room and they put us right by bin collections and deliveries or we could pay for upgrade at 35e per night 490euros. Mosquitos !! Galore horrendous.

It is a very good hotel! The support was perfect, the bed is very comfortable. There is a small kitchen if you need. The space of the hotel is beautiful. It is near Alcudia Beach. The breakfast is complete and with various options. The stay was really nice!

Lovely pool area with a garden. We lived in apar**ent and it was absolutely ok kitchen for one week. Mosquitoes were very annoying, so make sure to keep windows and doors closed. Friendly staff. Had dinner at the hotel, food was decent but the dining area was not pleasant. It was noisy and echoed a lot. The interior design was boring. Incredibly friendly staff. Close to the beach and the harbor with nice restaurants. We can definitely consider going back. 😃🦟🌴
