Hemos estado genial en el hotel, la gente de recepción muy agradable. El agua de la piscina climatizada estaba muy fría y no nos pudimos bañar agusto

We stayed here in September as a family with our two year old daughter. Whilst the hotel and facilities were good and clean. The food fell way short of our expectations. On one evening we were served raw chicken at the buffet restaurant as you can see from the picture, this was not just undercooked but was completely raw. We highlighted this to the staff in the restaurant, and they walked away from us to speak to the chef, and only returned to remove my plate when they saw us taking photos of this. No apology was given this evening. The next morning, we tried the buffet restaurant again, and when we went to cut up our daughters sausage, this was also found to be raw. This is not the standard of food we expect for a 4* hotel. We raised this issue with the restaurant on both occasions, and no apology was provided nor any reassurance to the food standards and quality. Deeply dissatisfied with our holiday as a result, neither the hotel or package holiday company offered any sort of resolution.

We stayed for a week. We had room overlooking front of hotel which was quiet so suited us. Comfy bed, black out curtains poor quality, quiet air con. Kitchen area very small, not much space for food storage, no bowls supplied, not sure what you’re expected to eat cereal or yogurt out of. Sofa converts into good size bed for kids, but not comfy to sit on as a sofa. Kids pirate pool area kept our 2/4 yr olds entertained, the play park is good but some of the tiles around it have holes in them and are tripping hazard. Mini golf is fun but again is falling apart in places. We ate once in buffet, not great selection of food especially desserts. Lots great eating places down at the beach and in Old Town. Hotel well situated for beach and Old Town.

A family hotel with focus for childrens family, but it is posdibke to have a real good stay with adult family too : a place with room for all

Fun hotel with a lot of activities and friendly staff. Great location in quiet street near everything. Nice beds.

Pool area, cleaning in main areas (including toilets), staff and alacarte were good. Annoying that you could not have a self service area where you could get water and softdrinks, the restaurant staff were overloaded running for softdrinks and water for all of the all inclusive customers (we were among those all inclusive). Room had alot of non functional things, card holder for electricity, TV, drying rack, one chair short etc... And the cleaning in the rooms was only folding the sheets...

This is the third ten day stay at this hotel and each visit has never disappointed us. Our age range is eight to eighty ! Well done Zafiro Hotels.

Just returned from an amazing week the staff at the hotel were amazing all the staff from the cleaning staff,waiting,bar, reception, entertainment they were all so friendly towards the kids I can’t remember the chefs name but he made our kids “mickey mouse pancakes” each morning he was so friendly the staff can’t do enough for you and the service is quick ! The hotel is kept spotless and our room was cleaned most days and fresh towels etc! The kid’s entertainment schedule has so much for the kids to do and the staff were amazing our kids loved them! The evening entertainment was really good specialy the bubble man! The drinks are good for all inclusive and food is good too! We will be back!

This is a really fantastic resort from Zafiro in the beautiful surroundings of Alcudia. Staff here are first rate and super keen to help you and make sure you're comfortable at all times. Food quality is exception and plentiful. Bar and drinks the same. Pools are varied and of good sizes, with lots of great activities and evening entertainment. It's a very family orientated place. Rooms/suites are of a good size and quality, very comfortable. We had a truly fantastic holiday here and can't praise the place enough! Thank you to all at Zafiro Hotel Tropic!
