There is an external furnished terrace at the front of the apartment with views to the Cavall Bernat ridge behind Puerto Pollensa, large enough for al fresco meals and also to relax in the sun. There is also a garage under the apartment (although a car is not necessary if you do not wish to drive). Upon entering the apartment there is a spacious and comfortable lounge dining area, a separate fitted kitchen totally equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, a breakfast table with chairs and a fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a utility area where the washing machine is located. The bedrooms comprises of one single bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and further twin and another bathroom with bath. Both bedrooms are facing the terrace at the front of the apartment so there is plenty of natural light.
