Good size room / bath . Only the AC needs time to cool the room should upgrade to diff brandname AC and double glaze the windows.

It was a very nice stay here.. First the receptionist was very friendly and guide us very well.. The room is very clean and i love it.. (image from *********** and that was exactly my room look alike..)

please try this hotel..bilik sangat bersih,katil yang empuk and yang penting toilet sangat bersih..dapat bilik no 313 dekat dengan lift..staff very friendly especially dekat kaunter..hotel ini siap ada self check in machine juga.. overall sangat² puashati and akan datang lagi.. hotel ni dekat dengan lotus lukut juga..berbaloi sangat check in hotel ni..

The hotel and the staff was great. Only Trip.com not doing good job. You guys are not being sincere in doing reservation for me. I asked for room with window, but was promised window however when checked in not getting room with window. The hotel said, it is the trip.com through traveloka that arranged for the reservation.

Good service

I checked from 26/4 - 28/4. Floor was dirty - was not been mopped and sweep for few days. The comforter have some obvious stains on it but was not changed. I have to called and get it change. The aircon was not that cold. 27/4- Room was not clean although I have told the reception to do it so after I went out. AT 11.00pm when i reached, I have to called them to clean immediately. Hotel will do extra charge if you request for extra pillows. No water dispenser on the floor. You have to go down to lobby. Same as iron / iron board. need to collect by yourself from the reception.
