Hotel Golf Residence

I want to say that this is my first time in this hotel. Love the animation of the team, hard working, great stuff, nice bar and food, I will be back soon 😋 again 😋 to see them all, it feels like home, I really tell everyone to come and enjoy and if you need anything just ask chico the nice guy he will help you 😀 and enjoy your vacation 😀

We stayed 6 nights and we are delighted we chose golf hotel Exceptional service in every respect. But service is what makes or breaks the experience . our lovely cleaning lady who really special leady The staff is super and thanksfor annimation team you made us so happy in chow time with mr.ziad especially chiko he spin all the days with us if he were part of familly our happy and attentive animator Thank you for making it easy to create so many special memories

highly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent and takes every care of the customer. The animations are of a high standard. They are diverse and suitable for everyone of all ages. I highly recommend animations with the chef of entrtainment mr ziead Chiko and Alex . If you have any problem, you can always approach and ask, they will always help. The food at the hotel is very tasty. I hope to come back here someday.

The hotel is worth recommending, we regret that we did not spend more time here. We were surprised by the animators, Chico and Alex conducted very cool activities such as water polo, archery and playing cards. As I mentioned, the relationship with them was great. Chico told us about Tunisia, gave us advice and told us what we could visit. Returning to the hotel, the service was very nice, the food was very good and the atmosphere in the hotel was family-like

My time here was very nice, i met a lot of nice people here, the animators Alex and Chico Zizo are very good, there were so many parties and stuff.

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I recommend it. Friendly staff, good food,fun with animators Alex, Chico and Zied. Thank you and see you soon.

This htl ,is one of the best we have stayed in,food nice,staff excellent, soft music playing in the background,plenty of sunbeds,perfect for a relaxing holiday ,walking distance to the attractions,definitely reccomend

We stayed here for a week . Slightly apprehensive on arrival as we were the only British guests however the staff quickly made us welcome and at ease . We stayed in room 117 around the side of the hotel and was one of the newly refurbished rooms which we could not fault . We did avoid the dining room at lunch due to the disgusting eating habits of others . We enjoyed the food on offer at breakfast and evening meal . Bar staff changed the times of when the alcohol was allowed daily which was very confusing . It wasn’t made very clear what alcoholic drinks were included and what time they were available . Depending on who was serving at the time it was a case of pot luck ! If you go with an open mind and expect a budget hotel you will not be disappointed. The animation team were fab and entertaining . Smile the lovely gentleman who sells the boat ,camel and quad biking experiences became a friend . Negatives was a new lifeguard who they called pablo who was very intimidating asking for tips continuously . We witnessed a few people who avoided the pool area because of him . Overall we enjoyed our stay . It is central to the aqua park opposite and a short walk to the port which was lovely of an evening .

Never Again The Positive Points which there are not many is the Staff were excellent very friendly Thats it Negative Points rated as a 4 * only ate in the restaurant once half board couldnt eat there any more it was like being in a cattle market it was 99% algerians who are very rude and do not queue push in food even though there was utensils still used their fingers to take food out of the dishes then put back in taking lots of food and leaving most of it Do not cater for the english we were the only english couple there and stood out like a sore thumb all they do is stare right through you a terrible experience. if it had not been for another english couple who had arrived we would have been on the next available flight. 2 more couples arrived and complained we were there 2 weeks and even though we had paid for our food we had to go to other restaurants so cost us double. Can only describe this place as a hovel feel so sorry for the staff who have to put up with this shxxe the point is brits dont book this hotel you only get stressed.Also a lot of reviews are made by the same member of staff the salon and indoor pool was also closed all the time reccomend stay away from this hotel
