Better Options for food required in the Upstairs bar as it was overpriced and poor quality. Also some incentive to eat at the Restaurant as a Hotel guest. Better transport options would encourage more stays with available shuttle trips to other places and areas would make it easier . All staff most helpful . Perhaps have the bar open in the gaming room and make it more appealing

Serhat, Jefferson, & Anna were amazing! Incredible service & standards with great cocktails to match. The food downstairs w/ Mohsine the head chef created exceptional meals for us. Couldn’t be happier woth the service, food, & especially the cocktails! The white russian, margarita, & French 75 were top notch.

Fantastic place to be on a Sunday evening if you like your 80s music Henao, one of the evening female staff is 2nd to none one of the most attentive staff I have experienced here in POM. Popcorn given for free and nice ice cold beers. Wonderful night.

As inhouse guest, bedroom spacious, clean & place is quite. Noise control from their busy locations are not disturbing. Bed & pillows are very comfy & I slept well every night. Food is great & service great. I was served by 2 very professional staff Lucy & Jane Ako

Enjoyed the spacious room with kitchenette. Few things were missing in the room but insignificant to the wonderful experience. Will pick Ela Beach Hotel for family weekends out. As a bonus, Enzo has a good range of goodies for a meal or snacks. I'll take the chocolate donuts and Pan Au Chocolate any day.

Salt Restaurant- Lucy is a friendly staff. She smiled throughout the service. Good job. The food was good and the service was superb. Thank you Salt Restaurant. ❤️. The environment was cosy and clean. The others staff was friendly too. Good job Salt Restaurant!

The customer service here was one of a kind, very warm and welcoming. In addition, the food was delicious and filling🤍. A big thank you to Bernardo Oka for the excellent customer service and to the chefs for preparing an amazing meal🤍. With this kind of customer service, Ela beach will go a long way and expect alot more customers.
