My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Hyatt. The service, amenities, and view were amazing. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the check-in and check-out services was quick as well as room service.

My parents had a lovely stay here. The staff offered complimentary drinks for my mum as it was her birthday. The hotel was gorgeous and the service was great

The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe.
If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life.
Specially, the pool is excellent.

My entire family got sick after breakfast on January 27, 2024. We believe it's the eggs because our child only ate the eggs. The other persons who were on the trip with us who made fresh omelets, did not get sick. The taxi driver who took us to the airport mentioned that he took someone to the pharmacy who complained of similar symptoms.

This was a beautiful hotel that hasn’t really been maintained very well, you can see it is starting to wear and tear with limited upkeep

Hotel was outstanding. Customer service was responsive and professional. Unfortunately downtown Port of Spain is not safe at night. I would recommend that guests remain on hotel property during the evening.

The good things are that my suite was well appointed and very clean, with a magnificent view of the ocean. It had plenty of room. Also, the food at the restaurant and the views from the restaurant are very good. I would definitely recommend staying there.
The things that could use improvement are that some of the lamps in the room could only be turned on or off by plugging them in or unplugging them. Each lamp really should have a switch somewhere. And, when sitting in the restaurant's outside area, we usually had to go find someone to bring us menus and take our order. They didn't seem to check after you sat down.
No place is perfect, and all in all it was very good.
