First room they place me in was terrible. Bathroom smell like bowel movement everywhere plus floor was not clean. The second room they placed me in was even worse. Maid place sheet with big hole and pillow with stain on my bed after waiting for almost hour and half. They told me they ran out of clean linen and pillow cases. After 13 hours wait, I finally got three pillow caess. They still charged me first night stay. Terrible service.

Great Value for the price. Breakfast options were cereal and a waffle. Walls in rooms are thin.

The first room I was given had a broken tv. I went to the front desk and let him know the tv is broken. He looked at me and said "ok". I had to ask for another room where he proceeded to laugh and shake his head at my request. The floors are hard, both rooms visibly had dirt of the floor in the rooms. The parking lot has huge cigar ends thrown, razor blades and much more. The water despenser was broken and there was a sign to ask front desk for water, front desk didnt have any either. The vending machines were also both broken. The area isnt a bad area, the facility just doesn't look taken care of.

the walls were much too thin as I heard the neighbors every word, especially the one next door who were on the verge of killing each other so had to call the front desk to give them a call. hallway floor pattern was nauseating to look at and made you dizzy to look down. overall, the property was fairly new and clean but I did have a small roach apprear in my bathroom

Room was poorly cleaned, stains on sheets & couch, hallways had a strange odor, vacuuming at 9 pm

No point in booking if a deposit is required. Should be included on the all third parties starting that you cannot book without it considering your stay is nonrefundable. Will talk to third party site.

I'm not one to write bad reviews. Ordered room on *******, reading only general reviews. At check-in, I was informed that the room was paid in full, but a $50 deposit was required for the night. The deposit was to be returned at check-out, provided the room "passed inspection". This requirement was not listed on ANY site for the same hotel, nor the hotel's own website. Prepare to add $50 to your check-in total..AND, the clerk asked for CASH! After check-in, the room was inspected. Dirty/stained bed cover, floors, chair cushion and drapes. The sheets were actually clean (to unaided sight). Long paint scratches along the walls, as if a crowbar was used to scrape paint. Was only there to sleep and leave. AC worked well, without typical motel smell. There's a refridgerator, but it would have taken hours to cool enough for use. We used a cooler with ice. Did not try small breakfast bar with cold food and coffee machine...observed it at check-in and decided, No! I'll pay a little more next time and will skip this joint. By the way...it was a Sunday night, and doors were slamming and people in hallways all night long. This area of town is higher echelon...but this place is targeted by ghetto. Stay clear.

The front desk clerk informed me that there was additional 50 dollar “incidental” charge and that I had to pay that before checking in. When I said that was not mentioned anywhere he informed that it in fact was on the website. It is not.

When I arrived, Mr. Patel was pleasant, but after that, it was all downhill from there. The room was dirty, there was still items left in the fridge from the previous guest, the towels were dirty, and the blow dryer did not work. They did bring me a clean towel, and changed the blow dryer, but left the mess from the changing of the blow dryer all over the floor. Then when returning from a viewing, I pulled down the bed spread to go to bed and the sheets had sticky stuff all over them. I called down to have them bring up a clean sheet, I assumed it was because the washer wasn't working so great, after having dirty towels as well. The guy that brough the sheet up was very rude. I told him, I didn't ask you to change it, I just asked for a clean sheet because I do not want to lay on a sticky sheet. The customer service was horrible, aside from Mr. Patel. Or at least I think that was his name, he was the one working at 3pm on 9-6-2023. The rooms were not clean, the breakfast area was dirty. After they took away the breakfast, the crumbs from the cereal sat on the counter all day and night. When we left at 5pm they were still there. when we returned at 11pm, they were finally cleaned up. I honestly have never stayed in such a dirty place, with such rude customer service. Never again will I stay at This hotel chain ever again. I do not see how they are rated 4 stars.
