Nice spacious apar**ents,good pool area no reserving sunbeds needed there are plenty. Twenty minutes walk to Alvor no footpath part of the way so not suitable for poor mobility,Cleaning daily,towels every second day,great staff in all areas. Supermarket on the way to Alvor has everything you need.Number 13 bus takes you to Portimao or Alvor,taxis reasonable,between 5 and 6 euro to Alvor. All in all a lovely holiday and would return .

The hotel was lovely spacious apar**ents very clean breakfast was good something for everyone . Good size pool plenty of loungers Location is good plenty of bars & restaurants in the town the hotel book the cab for you staff were very welcoming will definitely return

We got a good deal for a 7 night stay, through Love Holidays. I emailed reception in advance, to request an apar**ent on the top floor, in a quiet area of the resort. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and told that we were on the 1st (not top) floor in Vila B - next to the stairwell. The apar**ents are very clean, all the staff have been wonderful and the maid service exceeded our expectations (they work from 10AM-5PM, and we never came back to an unmade apar**ent). Our shower was the best we’ve ever had in an apar**ent, and the beds are quite comfortable (not like the hard beds that we’ve experienced over here in the past). It was also nice to sit out on the balcony of an evening, and have an AC unit that didn’t keep cutting out overnight. By and large, Quiet Time (11PM-8AM) is adhered to, but the noise from people stomping (and scraping furniture) above, and the apar**ent/stairwell doors slamming is relentless. Had we not just used the apar**ent for a base, the interior noise would’ve been a problem. The area and complex felt very safe (although the Vila door is not secured), and we will definitely be back next year. I will ask to change to a top floor apar**ent next time, if one hasn’t already been allocated to us.
